The plant's growth as Tae Kwon Do skills begin to develop. You will nearly always get asked the meaning of the belt you are grading for.

Palm. You will only have to learn what palm is in your grading, no other actual body parts.

What is Turning Kick in Korean?

Dollyo Chagi. All the other kicks are actual kicks you have to learn.

Twin Outer Forearm Block. Twin outer forearm block and Knifehand Guarding block are both used in pattern Dan Gun.

What is Naeryo Chagi in English?

Axe Kick or Downward Kick. You don't do any kicks in you patterns until you are a green tag (that's the belt you're grading for).

Knifehand Guarding Block. The very fist move in pattern Dan Gun is Knifehand Guarding Block so if you can't do this move, you're in trouble (Don't worry if you're not grading).

What is Ap Chagi in English?

Front Kick. Front Snap Kick is Ap Chabuski, there "is" a difference.

What is Walking Stance in Korean?

Gunnun Sogi. Annun Sogi is Sitting Stance.

When you are asked to say your name and grade what do you shout when you are a yellow belt (I'll use Hulk Hogan's name as an example)?
