    Sir John A Macdonald. Johnson was president when Canada was formed. Harrison was president when Sir John A. Macdonald died. Seven presidents in all.

    Sir Wilfrid Laurier. Laurier's Liberals campaigned for free trade with the United States.

    William Lyon Mackenzie King. President Roosevelt and Prime Minister King are both the longest serving president and prime mininster in their respective countries.

    Mulroney, Chretien, Martin, Harper. George W Bush wasn't a Canadian favourite, although Harper made efforts to improve relationships with the US. Sounds like Mulroney all over again.

    William Lyon Mackenzie King & Richard Bennett. Bennett, like Hoover, was the unlucky one to be in charge during the worst of the Great Depression.
