Laika is a Russian cosmo-dog. She was the first creature sent to orbit followed by Ham, the American chimp. I heard that they sent a jellyfish once but I'm not so sure.

Laika rode to orbit on "Sputnik II" on November 3, 1957. In tribute to this amazing quest, a lot of stamps were made honoring Laika. Countries like Albania, Poland and Romania made stamps with this cute dog's face in it.

"Man of the Year" for 1928. Charles was the "Man of the Year" for 1927 making him the first, Owen D. Young became the third and Hugh Johnson as the seventh. Walter won the recognition because he improved massively from a mechanic to a big-time industrialist!

I don't really have a lot of information about this. China and India didn't really surprise me considering their land area and its high reputation of having really dense populations. Mexico, however, shocked me for it was once on the top ten. This is so funny for I lived in the Philippines some time before and the place is very crowded... and it didn't made it to the top ten! What does this tell about the other seven in the list?

Of course, the plan didn't work at first but since Sandy is a contracted character, she ended up staying.
