This was Gideon’s servant.
Who was Phurah?. Judges 7:10 When the Israelites went to battle against the Midianites there were 32,000 Israelites against a whole multitude of Midianites. The Lord told Gideon that there were too many Israelites so he told the scared ones to go home. After that there were still too many so the Lord had Gideon conduct a test. Those who failed the test were sent home leaving 300. The Lord wanted to reassure Gideon and told him to take Phurah to the camp of the Midianites for a sign that would give Gideon assurance of victory.
