He was born on December 15, 1782 or 6 years after the USA became a nation. The first seven presidents were of course citizens, but were born in the colonies under British rule.

    Franklin Roosevelt. Roosevelt died in Warm Springs, Georgia on April 12, 1945. He had been inaugurated for his fourth term on March 4, 1945 or 39 days earlier. William Henry Harrison served only 31 days in 1841, the shortest total term-of-office of any president.

    John Kennedy. John Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917 and began his presidency in 1961. Later presidents were born before Kennedy (Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Reagan), but Kennedy was the first to serve.

    George W. Bush & Bill Clinton. Bush & Clinton could have shared a nursery. Bush was born on July 6, 1946 and Clinton was born 43 days later on August 19, 1946. Please do not send in a correction that Grover Cleveland was 2 presidents born on the same day.

Three presidents died during the term of Richard Nixon. Which president did not die during Nixon's term?
    John Kennedy. Nixon served from January 20, 1969 until August 9, 1974. Eisenhower died in 1969, Truman in 1972, and Johnson in 1973. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963.
