The Walking Dude
Randall Flagg. Randall Flagg has appeared in other stories, but my favorite novel "The Stand" is where he is most remembered from.

A rabid dog
Cujo. "Cujo" is a novel where Stephen King amazingly puts you inside the mind of a very sick dog...something the movie could never do.

A one time dog-kicking bible salesman turned politician
Greg Stillson. Greg Stillson appeared in the novel "The Dead Zone"....one of my personal favorites.

A haunted hotel

A "territorial" uncle
Morgan Sloat. Morgan paved his country-crossing, world-crossing, way through the novel "The Talisman" which Stephen King wrote with fellow author and pal Peter Straub.

A "desperate" demon
Tak. Tak can be found in the fantastic novel "Desperation", and also in King's darker side Richard Bachman's "The Regulators".

A raw bacon loving alien
Mr. Gray. Mr. Gray loved that raw bacon...yuck!...in one of King's more recent tales of terror "Dreamcatcher".

A student who "got it on"
Charles Everett Decker. Charles Decker "got it on" in the Bachman Book "Rage".

A cheated vengeful husband
Richard Vickers. Richard Vickers has to hold his breath for a long time in the story "Something To Tide You Over" from King's "Creepshow". Leslie Nielson plays Richard in the movie version. It was highly entertaining to see him playing this type of role.
