The same goes for 1014, as that is the scale of a galaxy class starship. The initial mission Voyager was on was considered to be minor, and as such it is logical to assume that they were not close to 100% capacity, which makes 150 an unlikely choice. For example, if they had a full wartime crew complement, they would not have a hydroponics bay, a galley, and the other indulgances the voyager crew has to make the journey home easier.
