Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Rockmund Dunbar has one of the bigger roles in the show, but was left out of one season. Which season is the only one from which he is left out?

Answer: Season 3

During season 1, we saw him imprisoned at Fox River.
During season 2, we saw him on the run from the FBI and in a local jail where he got exonerated and put under witness protection.
During season 4, he reappeared in the show and asked for Sucre, Michael and Lincoln's help.
2. According to C-Note, how long do you have to wait if you don't like the weather in the mid west?

Answer: An hour

This theory of C-Notes, which he told Charles Westmoreland, had also kind of been proved in season 1: In one episode, Michael and Sara discussed the heat. Sara says that the temperature was a new record. Later on in season 1, it was snowing, which was also where C-Note informed Westmoreland of this theory.
3. What happened to C-Note in the end?

Answer: He got exonerated

Mahone was given orders by The Company to kill all of the escaped convicts. Agent Sullins noticed that Alexander Mahone was working for someone other than the FBI and offered C-Note witness protection in exchange for a testimony against Mahone. That deal was made after C-Note had received a package in his cell, by Mahone, with a noose in it for C-Note to use on himself. If he didn't kill himself, Mahone would hurt C-Note's wife and daughter.
However, the charges against Mahone were dropped and he reappeared in season 4 for the final exoneration.
4. What did C-Note reply to the following line from the episode "Bluff"? "Haven't you ever heard of a 'gentleman's game'?"

Answer: Yes I have but this ain't it.

Since Michael went to the "Whack Shack", C-Note, T-Bag and Westmoreland had to be the brains of the operation and try to figure out how to get out. First they had to buy Michael and Sucre's cell back from Geary. C-Note and T-Bag joined the kitchen games to win some money for the cell.
5. Where was C-Note sent with the Army?

Answer: Iraq

C-Note never told his wife, Kacee, that he was sent to prison. Instead he told her that he was sent overseas with the Army. To keep her from finding out, he wrote postcards and mailed them to Kacee through a friend in Kuwait.
6. What is Kacee unsure of about C-Note, that she asked him during their first phone call after the escape?

Answer: If he was ever in the Army.

It's natural to wonder, when you find out that your husband had been lying to you, but she later forgave him, when he assured her that she, Dede and C-Note will live happily ever after.
7. Which of the following did C-Note share a cell with?

Answer: None of these

Only four of the ten possible escapees shared cells. Michael shared Sucre and Tweener shared with Westmoreland. Westmoreland died while waiting to climb out the window and never made it over the wall.
8. Why did C-Note turn himself in?

Answer: Dede was sick

Dede had a kidney disease and C-Note couldn't get a treatment for her so he turned himself in and agreed to help find Michael, in exchange for a treatment for Dede.
9. Why didn't C-Note give Michael his Pugnac at first?

Answer: He saw Michael talking to T-Bag

When Michael entered Fox River, it's very race-divided. When C-Note saw Michael talking to T-Bag he didn't trust Michael.
10. Why did C-Note want to escape to Mexico?

Answer: There were possibilities for an American-man with a family.

During the escape, Sucre tried to start a car (later to find out that there weren't any engine in the car) and Michael and Sucre were talking about where they were going.
