Balding, bespectacled, wrong side of 40 (just how wrong is for me to know and you not to find out!). Intellectual omnivore. Redeeming features: wife & 2 kids. Interests in reverse order of embarrassment: making a fool of myself in public; eating chocolate; classical music (especially Wagner); eating chocolate cake; social, cultural and military history; eating cream cake; literature (especially Jane Austen, at the moment); eating liqueur chocolates; anything else that could remotely be classed as intellectually interesting and is within my .000004 watt brainpower; watching movies while eating or drinking anything vaguely chocolaty; sleeping. Don't wake me up.
