Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What planet does John land on?

Answer: Acquara

Acquara is a seemingly idyllic planet where John spends his time marooned after Moya starburst without him. Denea is the Earth-like planet John visited in "I, E.T.," Sykar is the paradise D'Argo and Zhaan loved in "Thank God It's Friday...Again," and Tarran Ra is a Peacekeeper lifer's colony mentioned in "Premiere."
2. How long did Moya and her crew search for John?

Answer: Three months

When Moya's crew finds a planet that they believe John might have landed on because it fits with John's reverse trajectory, D'Argo replies, "Along with every other system we've been through in the last quarter of a cycle." A quarter of a cycle equals to three months more or less in Earth time.
3. What does John kill for food?

Answer: Shakloom

Shakloom looks like a mutant shrimp. After John spears one, Lokon, a native of the planet, tells him it was just a baby, and not to take them smaller than that. John dubs the squid-like creatures "trigapods" in "Rhapsody in Blue." A trelkez is a multi-headed bird seen in "That Old Black Magic," that is used for food, their brains anyway.

A Sykaran worm is what worms into John's stomach to keep him immune from the tannot root in "Thank God It's Friday...Again."
4. Why did John stay on the planet?

Answer: Electronics don't work

The Acquarans themselves are unable to leave the planet, because a negative power vortex has been placed by a former Hynerian ruler to keep everyone trapped on the planet. The vortex drains all power from machines, making it impossible for space travel.
5. What is the sacred text of the people in this episode called?

Answer: Timbala

The Timbala is the sacred text, which only the priestans can read since it is written in ancient Hynerian. The Grondeer is the Acquaran chief, apparently appointed by the priestans. The Masata is basically the Acquaran's god-like being who was prophesied to lead them "into the light."
6. Which of these names was Rygel not called by John in this episode?

Answer: Spanky

John, ranting at the beginning of the episode, calls everyone names, saying, "I'm sick of it, Aeryn! I'm sick of Napoleon the Fourteenth, I'm sick of Blue, I'm sick of Tentacle Boy, and guess what? I'm sick of you!" John calls Rygel Masata after the Acquarans come to believe that he is indeed the Masata.

At the end of the episode, when the Acquarans are bowing to Rygel, John quips, "The slug who would be King." Just before that scene, John does yell, "Sparky, you're up," when he finds the device that drains power from all equipment. Spanky is a nickname John uses in other episodes, just not this one.
7. John said, "I've had aliens...." Choose the answer that John did not say about aliens.

Answer: ...inside my stomach

John talks about how he likes the planet because since he's been there he's had peace. Then he tells D'Argo that since he's left home he's had aliens "in my face, up my nose, inside my brain, down my pants." The Sykarans put a worm that burrowed into John's stomach in "Thank God It's Friday...Again," but he didn't mention "inside my stomach" as an option.
8. Rygel's ancestors left the people on the planet. Which of the Rygels was it?

Answer: Rygel the Tenth

The Rygel we know is the Sixteenth of his name, and when he translates the Timbala, he discovers that the Acquarans were abandoned by the Hynerian empire on the planet, back when Rygel the Tenth ruled.
9. What movie is not referenced by this episode?

Answer: Cast Away

Jeremiah Johnson is referenced in the title of the episode, "Jeremiah Crichton." When greeting Rygel, John says, "Well, hakuna matata, Masata," which references "The Lion King." When Rygel finds the negative power vortex and light shoots up into the sky, the Acquarans bow to Rygel, prompting John to say, "The slug who would be king." This references "The Man Who Would Be King," from 1975, starring Sean Connery and Michael Caine. Cast Away is a movie starring Tom Hanks about a man who is stranded on an island, much like John was stranded in this episode (although at least John had more than a volleyball to talk to).
10. Who says, "Well, that rules out the three we're looking for?"

Answer: Aeryn

While searching for the whereabouts of John, D'Argo, and Rygel, Zhaan tells Aeryn that Moya is concentrating on biological markers that will isolate highly developed organisms. Aeryn says, "Well that rules out the three we're looking for."
