He has also become well known for his roles in Judd Apatow films, including 'The 40 Year Old Virgin' (2005), 'Knocked Up' (2007) and 'This Is 40' (2012).

I saw him in the Old Vic adaptation of 'The Crucible', playing John Proctor alongside Anna Madeley as his wife Elizabeth.

Tom Hiddleston was born on 9th February 1981. He was better known for his television work in 'Suburban Shootout' (2006), 'Wallander' (2008) and 'Miss Austen Regrets' (2008). Then he auditioned for the role of Loki in 'Thor'(2011)--the director Kenneth Branagh had previously worked alongside Tom in 'Wallander'.

Viggo has appeared in films since his debut as an Amish farmer in 'Witness' (1985), but it was his role as Aragorn/Strider in Peter Jackson's film adaptation of 'The Lord of the Rings' which saw him break through into mainstream roles. These include Frank Hopkins in 'Hidalgo' (2004) and Tom Stall in 'A History of Violence' (2005).

Alexander Armstrong was born on 2nd March 1970. After being introduced to Ben Miller through a mutual friend, the two formed a comedy duo 'Armstrong and Miller' (original names...!). As well as comedy, Xander is a well known actor with roles in 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' (2007-11), 'Marple' (2005) and 'Life Begins' (2004-6). He also has co-presented tea-time quiz 'Pointless' with Richard Osman.
