Answer: The Yeti

Many people are familiar with the term "Abominable Snowman" when describing this creature. Footprints in the snow that this monster reportedly leaves are up to three times the size of a human. Sherpas coined the phrase "Yeti", which means "rock bear" or "manlike bear".
2. After the cold, it's time to get warm. Puerto Rico is a good spot for that. The village of Morovis is included in your travels by Jeep through the countryside. Answer: El Chupacabra

El Chupacabra or "Goatsucker" is a creature that allegedly began its exploits in Puerto Rico in 1995, before spreading to Mexico. The mangled carcasses of chickens, goats and other small animals have been blamed as being the work of this beast. Apparently, after El Chupacabra is done with the animals, they seem to be bloodless.

Some descriptions say this monster looks like a cross between a gargoyle and a kangaroo.
3. Hey, time to cool down a bit and head for Lake Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada for some fishing and boating. The water is serene and beautiful until you notice some turbulence. You see a large creature emerge from the water. It looks like it has a horse's head, a blunt nose, and huge eyes. You estimate it to be over 70 feet long! What is the name of this monster?

Answer: Ogopogo

Supposedly, the features of this hideous carnivore include green hair, ears that are pointed, and black scales covering her entire body. The Gougou is incredibly large and has yellow eyes. She kills her prey by drowning them.
5. Now we're off to Turkey and a hike up Mt. Ararat. This is supposedly where Noah's Ark is located. To the south there is a lake you would like to also investigate. It is said to be home to a dinosaur-like cryptid, which (if alive) is living in sodium-heavy glacial waters. What is the name of the monster?

Answer: Lake Van Monster

You have spotted some Java Rice Birds when suddenly a large form swoops down from the sky. What cryptid have you seen? Dr. Ernest Bartels first said he encountered it in 1925.

Answer: The Ahool

The Ahool gets its name from the supposed cry or call that it makes in flight. It is a giant, bat-like creature about the size of a child. It is dark in color and reportedly has a head like a monkey. It uses its large claws to catch fish, which are rumored to be its favorite food.
7. France is always a good spot to search for monsters. More specifically, a certain mountainous area in the south-central part of the country is ideal. A beast had reportedly terrorized the area in the mid-18th century. It was said to have been killed, but you are not so sure. Answer: The Beast of Gevaudan

The Beast of Gevaudan, a type of wolf, allegedly could not be killed with knives or bullets. King Louis XV sent cavalry to the mountainous area in south-central France to investigate. Panic about the monster in the mid-1700s even caused whole villages to evacuate to safer surroundings.
8. It is time for you to head up north to Sweden. There were tales of a real-life dragon being active along marshes in the 19th century. It was thought to be a landlocked sea serpent. What creature are you searching for along the waterways?

Answer: The Lindorm

The creature may stand five feet tall and have a wingspan of 20 to 24 feet. If you see its large form in the sky, what creature are you probably viewing?

Answer: The Thunderbird

This legendary bird was said to attack humans or animals. The now-extinct Teratorn may be a candidate for many of the Thunderbird sightings. The Thunderbird could allegedly use "evil spirits" to do its bidding.
