'Turning Japanese' was the band's second single and it reached number 3 in the UK charts. Their first single, 'Prisoners' failed to make an impact.

Answer: Velcro

De Mestral developed the idea after removing burrs from his clothes during a walk in the woods. The name velcro is a combination of the words 'velour', a kind of fabric and 'crochet', a hook.
