Answer: briámi

Briámi is a Greek vegetable casserole, served as a main dish. It is made with both eggplant (aubergines) and zucchini (courgettes). Keftédhes are Greek-style meatballs, Saganáki is flaming cheese, and Dolmádhes are stuffed grape leaves. All three are served as appetizers.
2. Dips and spreads are very common in Greece, often eaten with pita bread. Which spread is made with gray mullet roe, and is known as Greek caviar?

Answer: taramosaláta

The fish roe itself is called taramá, but the spread is called taramosaláta. Here, saláta means spread, but it can also mean salad. Melitzanósalata is an eggplant spread, skordhaliá is a garlic dip, and tzadzíki is the cucumber-yogurt sauce found in gyro sandwiches.
