Answer: Constable 1

This lyric occurs in the scene after Jean Valjean is re-arrested after he steals the Bishop's silver.
"Constable 1: Tell His Reverence your story
Constable 2: Let us see if he's impressed.
Constable 1: You were lodging here last night.
Constable 2: You were the honest Bishop's guest.
And then out of Christian goodness
When he learned about your plight
Constable 1: You maintain he made a present of this silver
Bishop: That is right."
2. "Now look who's here!"

Answer: Madame Thenardier

The line "Now look who's here" occurs when Madame Thenardier catches Young Cosette "slacking" after "A Castle on A Cloud." Madame Thenardier: "Now look who's here! The little madam herself! Pretending once again she's been so awfully good."
3. "Can this be true?"

Answer: Javert

This line is sung by an awe-stricken Javert after he witnesses "M'sieur le Mayor" (aka Jean Valjean) rescue Fauchelevant from under the runaway cart. Javert: "Can this be true? Do I believe what I see? A man your age to be as strong as you are?"

From the beginning of "The Robbery." Thenardier: "Everyone 'ere, you know your place/Brujon, Babet, Claquesous/You, Montparnasse, watch for the law/With Eponine, take care/You turn on th'tears/No mistakes, my dears."
6. "Good God! Ooh, what a rumpus!"

Answer: Eponine

Eponine sings these words during "Eponine's Errand" out of envy. "Cosette! Now I remember/Cosette! How can it be/We were children together/Look what's become of me..."

In "One Day More," after much hesistation, Marius decides to join the rebels and fight for freedom. Enjolras: "One more day before the storm" Marius: "Do I follow where she goes?" Enjolras: "At the barricades of freedom." Marius:"Shall I join my brothers there?" Enjolras: "When our ranks begin to form." Marius: "Do I stay, and do I dare?" Enjolras: "Will you take your place with me?"
8. "Give me that letter here, my boy"

Answer: Valjean

Valjean sings this line to Eponine (disguised as a messanger boy) before Eponine sings "On My Own." Valjean: "Give me that letter here, my boy." Eponine: "He said to give it to Cosette!" Valjean: "You have my word that my daughter will know/what this letter contains/Tell the young man she will read it tomorrow/And here's for your pains."
9. "She is the first to fall"

Answer: Enjolras

This is after Eponine is killed returning to the barricade after she delivered Marius's letter to Cosette. Enjolras: "She is the first to fall/The first of us to fall upon this barricade." Marius: "Her name was Eponine/He life was cold and dark yet she was unafraid." Combeferre: "We fight here in her name." Prouvaire: "She will not die in vain." Lesgles: "She will not be betrayed."
10. "Come with me/Where chains will never bind you"

Answer: Fantine

After Marius and Cosette's wedding, Valjean is dying and Fantine comes to lead him to heaven. Fantine: "Come with me/Where chains will never bind you/All your grief/At last, at last, behind you/Lord in heaven/Look down on him in mercy."
