1. What district did Bonnie and Twill escape from when Katniss ran into them in the forest around District 12?

Answer: Eight

Bonnie and Twill were refugees from District Eight, who escaped together after the factory they were going to together blew up, killing Twill's husband and Bonnie's whole family. They were heading for District 13 where they believed a whole civilization was still living in secret.
2. Which tribute was the first to die in the arena?

Answer: District 5 man

After Katniss and Finnick, the man from District 5 was the next person to make it to the Cornucopia. The unnamed District 5 man was also the first person to die in the arena. When he came up behind Katniss at the Cornucopia, Finnick threw his trident and impaled him through the heart, saving Katniss's life, but ending the District 5 man's.
3. What happened at two-three o'clock in the arena?

Answer: Poisonous Fog

At two-three o'clock wedge in the arena, it was the poisonous fog. The fog acted as a paralyser and soon affected Peeta too much to run, so Finnick carried him while Katniss carried Mags. Mags realised that she was slowing Katniss down too much and Finnick could not carry both her and Peeta, so she bravely sacrificed herself to the fog so the rest could get away.
4. Which District did not know about the plan to overthrow the Capitol once the 3rd Quarter Quell was announced?

Answer: Nine

Once the 75th Annual Hunger Games were announced, six Districts were included in the plan to overthrow the Capitol: Districts 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11. These Districts' Tributes were to keep Katniss and Peeta, of District 12, safe in the Arena. The Districts that were not included: 1, 2, 5, 9 and 10, were put out in the arena to kill to win.

Answer: Enobaria

Along with Johanna and Peeta, Enobaria was the other tribute picked up by the Capitol. When the hovercrafts from District 13 came, they only had time to get Katniss, Finnick and Beetee and could not go back for the others.

Answer: East

After Katniss returned from her trip into the woods and met Bonnie and Twill, the Peacekeepers confronted her about where she had been. Katniss asked where she hadn't been, and that was to The Goat Man to get Prim's goat pregnant; she insisted that Prim had told her that he lived beside the West Entrance to the mine, when it was the East.

After the opening ceremony Johanna Mason talked to Katniss about the costumes they had been dressed in. After Katniss mentioned what Cinna could do with velvet. Johanna said that she wanted to reach through the T.V screen and tear the dress, which was a strapless, deep blue dress with diamonds, right off Katniss' back.

After Katniss and Finnick got caught in the four-to-five o'clock wedge with the Jabberjays, Finnick heard the screams from a young woman named Annie Cresta. When Finnick was not around, Peeta asked Katniss who they used against him, and she replied with someone named Annie, who was a mentally unstable girl from District 4.

Answer: Chaff

Chaff was a good friend of Haymitch, and they were always seen passing a bottle back and forth to each other on television. After the openening ceremonies the tributes from District 11, Seeder and Chaff, went over to meet Peeta and Katniss. Once there, Chaff kissed Katniss right on the mouth.
10. Over all, how many days were the tributes left in the arena?

Answer: Three

The tributes survived in the arena for around three days before they were picked up by either the Capitol or District 13. Katniss and her allies were sent bread from District 3 to indicate what day was planned to begin the rebellion to overthrow the Capitol.
