I've always thought "The Guy" was cool looking. According to David Draiman(lead singer of Disturbed) the band wanted to bring back their old icon, the Disturbed smiley face, who they call "The Guy" to life. So they came up with the fact that "The Guy" would lead an army of people from all walks of life and all colors of skin, with their fist raised in the air as a symbol of unity, strength, and defiance. I found all this at SPAWN.COM.
