Toyah Ann Wilcox was born in King's Heath, Birmingham, England in 1958. A student at Old Rep Drama School, she studied mime before starring in her first move "Jubilee". She balanced both an acting and singing career. In 1986 she married Robert Fripp of the band King Crimson.
