Finley was a pitcher whose career spanned from 1986-2002. He played 15 of his 17 seasons with the Angels. 12 times he won in double-figures and had consecutive 18-9 seasons in 1990 and 1991. Parker and Finley teamed up with the Angels in 1991. Finley and Pujols made the connection with the Cardinals in 2002.
