Roy Bull was the captain for one game. Ken Arthurson was the coach. Rex Mossop didn't become captain until 1961.

Ian played in games 1 and 2 at Prop. NSW won the series 2-1 to claim their fifth origin title. Dale Shearer, Terry Hill, and David Gillespie did all play for Manly but not during the 1993 season. Shearer was playing for the Gold Coast, and Hill and Gillespie played for Wests.
