3.12 "Citizen Butt-head" Trivia Quiz

The episode began with the duo at home watching television when an advertisement came on to inform the Highland citizens about a major upcoming event. It stated that President Bill Clinton would be visiting Highland High School to interact with the students there. His town hall meeting was called, "Youth: The Next Generation".

As the duo watched the advertisement, Butt-head made a comment about President Clinton. He claimed that the President appeared to be fat based upon what he noticed via the commercial. Beavis simply agreed with him as the advertisement continued to discuss what would take place at this town hall.

In the first scene at Highland High School, Principal McVicker held a meeting with faculty and staff to prepare for President Clinton's visit. He inquired as to if the honors students had selected their inquiries for the official. A staffer piped in to state that all questions had been formulated.

Principal McVicker continued to probe about other issues regarding the town hall meeting with President Clinton. He asked if they had enough security at the event, to which someone assured him that security details were firm. He then posed a question about what to do with Beavis and Butt-head. Someone advised Principal McVicker that the duo may not show up to class that day.

However, Principal McVicker was not convinced the boys would stay home.

Principal McVicker invited Beavis and Butt-head into his office to propose an idea for them. He stated that he would provide them a pass which would exclude them from attending school that day. However, Butt-head objected to this since the cafeteria was serving tacos for lunch that day.

The duo continued to gripe about Principal McVicker not wanting them on campus that day since they really wanted tacos from the cafeteria. Principal McVicker then flashed fifty dollars and stated that they could go down to a restaurant for tacos. Beavis and Butt-head then departed his office.

At 10 o'clock in the morning, Principal McVicker was in his office wondering about how the event would go so someone inquired as to if he was excited to meet President Clinton. Principal McVicker commented about how he wished that he could kill the duo. The entire time, he was seen relaxing by smoking a cigarette.

Beavis and Butt-head decided that they should go around school to show all their peers their pass provided by Principal McVicker. In the metal shop, the duo showed the students there the pass and claimed they were cool as a result of obtaining it. Beavis offered to provide a quarter to anyone who touched the pass.

In the afternoon, the duo was outside the school gymnasium when a Secret Service agent encountered them. Beavis jokingly referred to him as MacGyver while Butt-head inquired as to if he could pick locks. He asked the boys where they were going so they said they had a pass. The agent mistakenly thought this meant they were with the honors students to ask President Clinton a question.

Principal McVicker advised a Secret Service agent in his office to watch out for Beavis and Butt-head since they were dangerous. When he provided them a photograph of the boys, the agent informed him they were on campus and at the assembly. Principal McVicker darted out of his office to try and get rid of the boys.

When he burst into the gymnasium, the Secret Service agents believed he would harm President Clinton so they attacked him.
