Lisa Greer graduated a semester early, and then taught Shakespeare for a semester at Winslow High.

2. What does the mother, who is a bus driver, always tell Mr. Harper to smell?

When anything bad happens at the school this woman runs to Harper to tell him to "smell that shoe".

3. Who told Danny she had a stuffed animal that she pretended was him?

This happened when Steven told Marla to find a way to make Danny drop the formal complaint.
