To save "his first love," Haru hugged Tohru so that he could turn into his animal form--a cow--and carried Yuki back to Shigure's house. Because Yuki helped Haru realize that he, himself, was not any different than anyone else, Haru called Yuki "his first love."

Hiro has a crush on Kisa--the tiger. Momiji is a boy, Hiro doesn't exactly like Tohru, and Kana was Hatori's old girlfriend. Hiro is an aggressive and sarcastic boy who is also rude to some of his teenage elders, for instance, Tohru. When Hiro told Akito his feelings for Kisa, Akito became angry and strucked Kisa so hard that she hit the wall.
