Peggy skydived on her and Hank's wedding anniversary only for her main chute cord to rip away and her emergency chute not to work at all. She then landed in some mud, which softened her landing but it broke many bones in her body. She was put in a body cast leaving her head, hands and toes exposed. With Didi out of commission due to postpartum depression Peggy invited Cotton, Didi, and G.H. (Cotton called him Good Hank) to stay with her and Hank. Peggy had every intention of taking full control over G.H.'s care but couldn't do anything.

She finally got depressed after Hank was feeding her Carnation Instant Breakfast in a baby bottle. While Bobby was caring for G.H. a depressed Didi asked him if was going out to get her lottery tickets. Bobby lost his cool on Didi due to lack of sleep and left the baby with his mother. Didi placed G.H. still in his car seat on Peggy's hospital bed and left.

While Hank was chastising Cotton the crying of G.H. being heard from outside suddenly stopped. Everyone entered the Hills' living room and smiled because Peggy was rocking G.H. with her big toe and she couldn't be happier.

With Cotton needing help getting a plot in The Texas State Cemetery he opted to take over Peggy's physical therapy. But during her research, Peggy discovered Cotton's claims of being in Tokyo, Okinawa, and Europe were untrue as he could only be in one place. Peggy finally appeared at the hearing of The Texas State Cemetery pleading for Cotton's case.

In the end, the episode ended with the Hills overlooking Cotton's plot which Cotton and Peggy danced on.

Buck Strickland insists upon Hank to take two weeks off from Strickland Propane so Hank begins teaching wood shop at Tom Landry Middle School. When the principal refused to let the kids have tools Hank told the students to bring tools from home. He soon became popular with the students and they soon fixed many of the problems at the school. This caused Peggy to be jealous however.

Minh and Kahn traveled to Hawaii for business leaving Connie at the Hills' house along with a how-to manual on how to properly raise children. The first sign of Connie's "visitor" was she lost her temper to Bobby. The second sign was Connie was taking too long in the bathroom causing Peggy and Bobby to leave without her.

This left Hank alone with Connie who wrote it down on a notepad. He screamed as only Hank could, flipped through the manual, called his mother, hanging upon his mother before taking her to the emergency room. Hank then went to Megalo Mart to the dreadful Aisle 8A where the feminine products were.

They went back to the Hill's house when Connie asked, "Now how do I put these on?" The next scene is school guards bringing Peggy off the field and her driving like a maniac to home.

Hank deep fried a turkey and packed it so good as to keep it fresh and moist for the plane trip to Montana. A bomb sniffing dog suspected the box as a bomb and blew it up. Soon bad weather set in Texas causing planes to be delayed or even canceled. Since they couldn't get home the Hills, Boomhauer, Dale, Nancy, Joseph, John Redcorn, Minh, Kahn, Connie and Bill all were stuck at the airport.

While Hank is making friends with Hal, Dale and Bill steal Hank's backhoe taking it to the pet cemetery where it gets stuck.

As he got scared with Y2K fast approaching Hank went all crazy. He got Peggy a grandfather clock even though she wanted a new computer. He also got Bobby and Luanne both some toilet paper much to Bobby's delight and Luanne's confusion.

Bobby tried his hand at cattle roping but failed miserably so he tried being a rodeo clown. He found a silly hat, his mom's shoes, Luanne's lipstick, striped shorts, and suspenders.

Fed up with Hank's demands Luanne moves out of the Hill's den and into her own home with a pool. To make ends meet she got three roommates. All three were more impossible to Luanne: never taking out the trash, doing dishes, buying groceries, etc. One roommate took his bath in the pool. Hank took some time to speak to Luanne who delightfully talked about how the temperature is perfect in the pool.

It was much like how Hank loves his lawn.

Peggy begins selling Metalife, which was essentially a pyramid scheme and so she hired Bill since he was a natural seller. But after seeing Bill's feet bleeding and his limping Peggy realized she had gone too far. She fired Bill, apologized to him for treating him badly, and then said she considered him a friend.

After Hank's normal barber is forced to retire due to lack of business Hank finally accepts a haircut at the Army Base thanks to Bill. As a result, the army charges Hank $900 for the haircut so he lodges a complaint Bill loses his job.

Instead of going to acting camp, Bobby went to work with Hank at Strickland Propane. As a result, Bobby, Dale, and Luanne formed a comedy troupe with some Strickland Propane employees.

With Arlen facing a water shortage due to the drought the city opted for low flow toilets, which were at first accepted in the town. With most of everyone's lawns dying Kahn's lawn was perfectly green due to him clearly overusing his water and bribing the water meter reader with $100. Bobby had overheard the bribe and blackmailed Kahn with his knowledge of the bribe.

Not only when he got the bathroom privileges Bobby also insisted on front door rights instead of climbing in and out of Connie's window for visits. Bobby stopped the baths using the water for watering Hank's lawn.

After getting her size 16 feet measured and hearing they'd went up 1/2 a size and possibly could go as high as 20. Peggy felt ashamed of her feet size until a self-proclaimed "foot doctor" makes Peggy an internet star on a foot fetish website. It was Dale who found out about the website showing it to Boomhauer and Bill first before finally telling Hank.

While attending a Nashville music festival Peggy in line for autographs from Randy Travis Peggy concentrated on the music playing in the background. The singer, Randy Travis, was singing a song Peggy claimed was her song. Enraged Peggy walked past the line of people and punched Randy Travis.

In trying to get back at Randy Travis she, Dale, Boomhauer, and Bill were tossing toilet paper all over the trailer. When one of the guys fell off the trailer it jostled the wheel blockers accidentally knock it into the lake where unbeknownst to them Randy was still in it. Hank ended up rescuing him from drowning giving Peggy dirty looks.
