This episode was created to be a potential pilot for a "Married...with Children" spin off. Kelly begins dating a delivery man named Tom who is constantly cheating on his girlfriend Shannon. Tom and Shannon split up and wind up going on dates at the same location. Tom is with Kelly and Shannon is dating Henry (Alan Thicke) a rich businessman. Both Tom and Shannon go to great lengths to make the other jealous.
2. Episode #232 "Bud Hits the Books": Where does Bud get caught doing something inappropriate that nearly gets him expelled shortly before graduation?

Answer: The library

Bud is studying for his upcoming final exams but is constantly distracted by sex. He decides to head to the university library to study. However, the librarian there is attracted to Bud and marks all the dirty parts in his assigned reading. After being caught in an inappropriate act, Bud is put on trial at the university and is nearly expelled until the librarian's scheme is revealed by Bud and his lawyer Marcy.

Bud gets both Kelly and Jefferson leading roles in a series of commercials for the Romantic Roast Coffee product. Kelly plays Lola, a single woman who intentionally breaks appliances so they can be fixed by Jefferson a.k.a. Lance, the hunky plumber. The commercials are a hit and Kelly and Jefferson become famous.

However, Al and Marcy become concerned when they learn Kelly and Jefferson will have to kiss in the next ad. That ad is canceled when the producers learn that Lance and Lola have already been on too many dates to have their first kiss.

Instead, it is changed to them waking up the next morning after having sex. Jefferson refuses to do the commercial because the script calls Lance bad in bed. Bud tries to get Al and Marcy to take over but the producer scraps the ad all together.

Griff wins a radio contest and one of the prizes is the honor of carrying the Olympic torch through the mall. Griff originally tells Al he will give up that part of the reward to Al because Al helped him win the contest. However, Griff reneges on this when he learns of all the fame he will receive. Al wants revenge and threatens Griff's run through the mall.
5. Episode #235 "The Joke's on Al": What is the name of Peggy's rival who attempts to marry Al in this episode?

While Peggy is away trying to locate her father, Al and Jefferson try to out prank the other. Al plays a few trivial pranks on Jefferson. Al misses a phone call from Peggy warning her that her old rival June Morgan (played by Deborah Harmon who previously played a different rival of Peg's in a prior episode) is out for revenge on her and intends to steal Al away from her. When June arrives, Al thinks she is part of a prank of Jefferson's and goes along with it. June wants to marry Al and he agrees. At the wedding, Jefferson tells Al that this is not a prank of his. He then reveals his actually prank: bringing Peggy home.

This episode marks the return of Katey Sagal as Peggy. Peggy had not appeared throughout most of season ten because Sagal was pregnant.

A tornado hits suburban Chicago where the Bundys live. Marcy is named block captain and helps the Bundys secure their home and safety. Kelly goes out in the tornado looking for Lucky while everyone else seeks shelter in the basement. Al and Jefferson hate being trapped with their wives and want out. Meanwhile, Bud is angered because he and his date are also trapped in the basement with his parents and the Darcys.

The product is made by nuns and the Mother Superior insists Kelly abide by a morals clause which states she cannot have sex until after the commercial is made. This proves to be difficult for Kelly. Meanwhile, Al pretends to be a police officer and rides with Officer Dan while he is on the TV show "COPS".

Answer: Fuel Pump

Al wakes up one morning to find his Dodge is not running properly. He discovers the fuel pump is broken and the Dodge needs a new one in order to run again. However, the Dodge is so old, its fuel pumps are nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, the rest of the family is more than happy to get rid of the Dodge and begin selling its other parts for cash.
10. Episode #240 "Requiem for a Chevyweight: Part 2": Where does Jefferson find the car part the Dodge needs?

Answer: Cuba

When Jefferson learns the Dodge needs a fuel pump, he uses his old CIA connections to travel to Cuba. Because of the embargo (which was still in place at the time), Cuba is full of old cars and the country would likely have one. Meanwhile, Peggy and the kids continue try to sell the Dodge's other equipment and find a buyer for the engine worth $10,000.

However, their plans are scrambled when they learn Jefferson found a fuel pump.
