Answer: Michael Scofield

Michael said this to Sucre in episode six, 'Riots, Drills and the Devil. When explaining to Sucre that he had to get through the wall but he just doesn't have enough time, Sucre suggested a lock down so they can leave their cell and they won't be missed.

Turk was the one who agreed to kill Lincoln by the order of Agent Hale and Kellerman. The Vice President wanted Lincoln dead and told the Agents, "The chair isn't the only way to take a mans life in prison"

Bellick answers him with "I don't expect much from the inbred child of a retard". It was a bit nasty what Bellick said but it just made T-bag angrier and then the riot began.

The reason they needed the money was to earn more so they could buy Scofield's and Sucre's cell off Geary. Luckily for the boys, they won the game.

Veronica and Nick were watching the exhumation of Terrance Steadman when she said this, although we know that it isn't Terrence Steadman's body in the coffin, the teeth were compared with Terrence Steadman's dental records and thus proving to Veronica and Nick that it is Terrance Steadman. We have seen Terrance Steadman putting in false teeth so we know that obviously the evidence was fixed.

Bellick tells Tweener that he knows about stealing the watch from Geary, He warns him of the punishment for this but then tells him that it will all be forgotten if Tweener finds out things about Scofield for him. He then gives him the choice of the burger or going to the SHU. Obviously he chooses the burger.

The Warden wants Lincoln under surveillance after they thought that he'd tried to escape. The van Lincoln was in was crashed while on his way to see LJ. Luckily his dad managed to save him from being murdered by Agent Kellerman, but was caught by Bellick later in the episode and taken back to Fox River.

Quite an easy one this, its Lincoln. He is saying this before he is strapped into the electric chair, he also says it a few times before. Obviously someone is listening to him because he is granted a stay of execution as some new evidence has come to light.
