Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Returning to Dot's Diner after some circuit racing, Bob and Enzo were confronted by an enraged Dot. She informed them that they made her fall behind schedule, and that Enzo was late for an ancient language class. Bob, disgusted by Dot's over-reliance on schedules, stormed out of Dot's. According to Bob, what would he rather kiss before he'd ever step foot in Dot's again?

Answer: A null

Enzo thought that the idea of an ancient language course was boring, and Bob agreed with Enzo. Bob told Dot that all the schedules she made for Enzo was bad for the boy and that if she kept it up, he'd turn out like her. Bob then told her that she should relax and live life on the fly and on the edge. Dot's insults eventually led Bob to leave Dot's. Before leaving, Bob said that he would rather kiss a null than ever step into her diner again.
2. Enzo, bored with Bob's absence from the diner, called Bob on a vid-window. Bob told Enzo that he was happy without the diner and that he had so much going on he didn't know how he'd get it all done. What were the "things going on" that Bob spoke to Enzo about?

Answer: Sitting around his house and listening to Mike the TV.

With what Bob told Enzo, the viewers of the show were led to believe that Bob indeed had many different things to do without Dot's Diner. It turned out not to be the case. Without Dot's, Bob was pretty bored. Bob resorted to sitting around his house with Mike the TV continuously stalking him within, waiting until he could bore Bob with more of his annoying advertisements.

After Mike started advertising a party line and an organization service to Bob, Bob tossed Mike the TV down the garbage chute.
3. Without Bob at the diner, a tear almost serendipitously appeared. Enzo immediately told Dot that only Bob would be able to mend the tear. Did Dot end up calling Bob to mend the tear?

Answer: No

While Enzo was trying to get Dot to call Bob, a tear opened up in Dot's Diner. Enzo immediately suggested that Bob would be the only one capable of getting rid of it. Dot, still angry at Bob, decided to take the mending duties into her own hands. She had Cecil open the front door, and when he did that, Dot smacked the tear with a bar-stool.

The tear then exploded, blowing up a small hole in the side of the diner. Even with the damage, Dot was happy simply because she did not need Bob's help to mend the tear.
4. After Phong informed the worried residents of Mainframe that broken friendships are best fixed by tragedy or apology, Enzo devised a plan to get Bob and Dot to be friends again. What was Enzo's first plan, that ultimately failed?

Answer: Get Bob and Dot to rescue him from a staged viral plot led by a cardboard cutout Megabyte.

Enzo, faking a kidnapping by Megabyte, called both Dot and Bob on a vid-window, unbeknownst to either of them. A cardboard cutout of Megabyte persuaded Bob that Enzo's predicament was genuine. Enzo then got tied up before lying down on a data compressing conveyor belt.

When Bob and Dot arrived, they began arguing and ultimately forgot about Enzo. Enzo would have been truly deleted had it not been for Frisket's quick timing.
5. With Enzo's first plan turning out to be a complete failure, Enzo devised a second plan to bring Bob and Dot back together. What was the plan?

Answer: Fabricating two apology cards.

After Plan A worked out terribly, Enzo went onto Plan B. Enzo had fake hologram apology cards, from "Holo-Mark" made. In one of them, Bob was delivering an apology, and in the other, Dot was making an apology. Enzo then had delivery people give the cards to the two sprites.

The cards also set up a special meeting place where they could talk to one another. After the two discovered that neither of them had sent apologies to one another, the arguing began once again.
6. Trapped inside of a game, Bob's and Dot's arguing gave the user time to activate the self-destruct sequence on the game's prison ship. What did Bob and Dot need to acquire from the user in order to have any chance of winning the game?

Answer: The user's access key.

Had Bob and Dot not argued to begin with, the user would not have had the opportunity to activated the ship's self destruct sequence. Realizing they had only 300 seconds to retake the user's access key, Bob and Dot made the wise decision to win the game and then argue with each other at a later time.
7. After the user deactivated the power on-board the prison ship, the other prisoners were free. Getting hold of a new gun, another instance of the Board of Standards and Practices' intervention could be seen. Instead of firing bullets, what did the guns do to the enemies?

Answer: It encased them in bubbles.

The BS&P consistently interfered with the show in seasons one and two. A big instance of that influence occurred in this episode. Bob and Dot were rebooted as the prison guards on-board the prison ship and they had access to weapons, called PCUs. The BS&P did not allow the use of projectile weapons in the show, so the creators made the bold, but somehow effective decision to have the guns encase the enemies in bubbles instead of deleting them with bullets.
8. Thanks to one of the game-sprites, Bob was knocked off of a ledge back down to the main level. Bob then made the decision to use the ship's computer and help Dot catch the user. When he sat down at the computer terminal, Bob realized it was in a type of language that he mocked at the start of the episode. What type of a language did the computer have?

Answer: Ancient

When Bob went to man the computer, he noticed that it was in an ancient language, which he was less than proficient in. Luckily for Bob, Dot was well versed in the syntax of ancient languages. Thanks to her, Bob was able to run the computer at it's maximum potential. Bob even managed to restore the main power on the ship.
9. Bob, in full control of the ship's internal security, began to pose a big nuisance to the user. Which of the following things did Bob not do to the user's character?

Answer: Dropped him into a jail cell

With the full extent of the ship's security at Bob's disposal, Bob took advantage. The first thing Bob did to the user was close the door right in front of him. The user crashed right into the door and fell on the ground. After opening the door, the user proceeded to go on some stairs, before Bob turned the stairs into a slope which the user promptly fell down.

After the user fell, Bob taunted the user by asking the user: "Don't you just hate me?"
10. After getting rid of the user and stealing his keycard, Dot jumped down from the top of the prison. Bob got Glitch to prevent her from getting hurt in the fall. Dot deactivated the self-destruct sequence with only two seconds remaining. Complete the quotation said by the computer after the sequence deactivated: "Self destruct sequence de-activated, thank you and ____ _ ____ ___ "?

Answer: Have a nice day!

Dot de-activated the self-destruct sequence with only two seconds remaining, thanks to some great teamwork with Bob. After de-activating the sequence, the computer thanked them and then told them to have a nice day. Then the game ended. After the game, Bob and Dot complimented each other on their tactics in the game. Enzo thought that they were still arguing until he saw them being friendly to one another.

He was surprised, but glad that everything was back to normal.
