Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The episode started off with a serene scene at the Mainframe harbor. Before long, a pirate ship zoomed in and began it's attack on the residents of Mainframe. The precinct chief of the "Kitts Sector" informed Dot that something was happening to Mainframe. What did the chief say?

Answer: The comm-net, the vid-net, and the ethernet, were all powered down.

After the attack at the docks, Dot was talking to the CPU chief on a vid-window. The chief informed her that for some reason, all of the communication systems in Mainframe were going offline. Before he could finish his sentence, the vid-window he was speaking through was taken offline. Phong told Dot where the disturbance originated from, so she was on her way.
2. Realizing that Bob's apartment was located in the sector known as "Kitts", Enzo told Dot that whatever was happening, Bob would be on top of it. It turned out not to be the case. With everything going on outside, what was Bob actually doing?

Answer: Repairing his car and listening to a Walkman.

After telling Dot that Bob lived in the sector being attacked, the scene shifted to that particular sector. Residents were screaming and running away from the marauding pirates. While all that occurred outside, Bob was clearly oblivious to it. He was repairing his car, listening to a Walkman and singing to himself at the same time, unaware of the carnage just outside his door.

He turned around to get a tool, and when he turned back his car was missing, much to his confusion.
3. Back on the pirate ship, Mr. Christopher, Capacitor's tech geek, was going through the values of the items they've stolen from Mainframe and the possible profit that could be achieved with them. As he was going through the numbers, some of Capacitor's men returned with a valuable item. What did they return with?

Answer: Bob's Glitch

The pirates who looted Bob's apartment, without Bob noticing, not only stole Bob's car, they also stole Bob's keytool. When they took it aboard the ship, Capacitor said that they would make a lot of money off of the keytool alone, and that the two pirates who found it would be rewarded an extra one-thousand credits.
4. After filling up their ship, the pirates were ready to leave Mainframe. Before they could escape, Bob attacked the pirates. He was doing well until Princess Boolah began to attack. Bob was eventually captured by the pirates. Why did they capture him?

Answer: So he could be taken as loot.

With the pirates ready to leave, they were not prepared for Bob to attack them. Bob encased most of the pirates in bubbles, before Capacitor asked if Princess Boolah could take care of the guardian. The princess responded by saying that she could not stop the guardian.

As Bob demanded his Glitch back, Bob was distracted just long enough for the Princess to capture Bob and make him a prisoner of the pirates.
5. Wanting to catch the pirates, Dot thought of a way to do just that. What was Dot's plan to catch the ship?

Answer: Commandeer the fastest ship in Mainframe.

Realizing that Bob had been stolen, Dot had to stop the pirates. She decided that the best thing to do would be to commandeer the fastest ship in Mainframe. She and the CPUs were loading their equipment onto a rich binome's ship. Confused at what was going on, the binome demanded an explanation. Under Phong's authority, he was told that because his was the fastest ship, it would be commandeered in order to catch up to the pirates.
6. Whilst holed up in the pirate ship, Bob was told by the jailer that no-one had ever escaped his prison before, except one person. Who was that person?

Answer: Mouse

Trying to sneak the keys away from the pirate jailer, Bob was surprised when he was zapped by the cell's doors. The pirate told Bob that he doesn't snore when he really sleeps. He then told Bob that only one person had ever escaped his prison before. Bob realized it was Mouse, and then proceeded to frighten the jailer with a story of how guardians knew everything. Before the jailer could react, Capacitor went downstairs and told Bob that what he had attempted was a nice try, but it wouldn't work on his crew members.
7. After Capacitor told Bob that escape from his ship was impossible, Bob tossed the cot, provided for him, at the cell doors. The energy distracted the pirates long enough for Bob to make a hole in the wooden wall behind him. Did Bob actually escape through the hole?

Answer: No

After distracting the pirates with the cot, they realized that there was a hole in the cell's wooden wall. They immediately assumed that Bob had somehow squeezed through the hole and was escaping. Princess Boolah was sent in to try and capture Bob. With the cell's door open, Bob peeked out from behind a pillar and escaped the cell with his special trick.
8. With the pirates unprepared to stand down against Dot and the CPUs, the battle began. Who seemed to win the battle?

Answer: pirates

With the battle raging on, both sides took heavy losses. All of Capacitor's onboard cannons were down so it gave the friendly CPUs an opportunity to jump onto his ship and attack. After a short amount of time, the CPUs were defeated. Only Enzo and Dot remained. Everyone else, including Bob, were encased in the pirate's data bubbles.
9. Mr. Christopher told Captain Capacitor that with all of the things they've gone through, their profit margin would be 200%. Dot told the Captain that 200% was a pathetic profit margin. Dot showed the Captain some of her spreadsheets and he was amazed. Did that inspire him to no longer be an evil pirate?

Answer: Yes

Dot showed Capacitor her spreadsheets after he seemed to be happy with 200% profits. She told the Captain that he would be richer if he did not attack all of his potential customers. Mr. Christopher agreed and said that with all of the attacks, they lose time and they lose money on repairs. Mr. Christopher then told the Captain that if they would not have attacked Mainframe, they could of had a profit margin of 1962%.
10. Before concluding the episode, the Captain revealed his real first name to Dot. What was his name?

Answer: Gavin

After changing the pirates' temperaments, Dot was considered something of a genius to them. She told them that she had people who needed inter-system transport of Capacitor's quality, and he would make money off of that. After the Captain learned that Ms. Matrix's real name was Dot, he then revealed that his real name was Gavin. Enzo heard that, as well.

The knowledge of the Captain's real first name would eventually help Enzo in his season three adventure.
