When Bob's car repairs were looking rather impossible to finish, Bob had a feeling that something was wrong. When Phong was confronted by the strange Codemaster in Mainframe, he tried to escape. The Codemaster told Phong that he was looking for Codemaster Talon. Phong told the stranger that there was no-one in Mainframe going by that name.

The Codemaster clearly did not believe him, so he encased Phong in a coded stasis-bubble.

2. After Phong's capture by the Codemaster, Enzo was seen travelling to Old Man Pearson's Data Dump. Why did Enzo decide to go there?

Answer: So he could find some parts for his air-cart.

After breaking into Pearson's Data Dump, Enzo observed the goods hidden inside the dump's shed. While looking for parts for his air-cart, Enzo was interrupted by Frisket. Frisket knocked over a mysterious box, with a mysterious scepter inside. Old Man Pearson told Enzo that he was trespassing on his property and that he could of broken something. Enzo apologized when the invading Codemaster issued a warning to Mainframe about his hunt for Codemaster Talon. Old Man Pearson seemed to be very frightened of the Codemaster.

Answer: Glitch was incapacitated by a coded shield.

When Bob told the Codemaster that there was no-one named Talon in Mainframe, Bob was launched into the air. As he began a free-fall drop, Bob told Glitch to activate a para-glider. As Bob headed back to the steps of the Principal Office, he was getting ready to attack the Codemaster.

The Codemaster used his scepter and encased Bob in a purple web. After Bob was free of the web, he got ready to use Glitch. What he noticed was that the Codemaster had put an encoded casing over Glitch that only the Codemaster himself could remove.

When Dot phoned Megabyte, she thought that he would lend her all of his extra vehicles to help evacuate the citizens of Mainframe. Megabyte told her that he was not running a taxi service. The main reason he did not help her was that, at least according to him, viruses and Codemasters did not have a pleasant relationship. Before cutting out the transmission, he wished Dot luck with the situation.

After the feed cut out, he continued by telling himself that she would need luck against the Codemaster.

Bob tried to think of a way to disarm the Codemaster, but Phong told Bob that the Gypson Coiled Pike was a deadly weapon. Enzo eavesdropped on the conversation and realized that the pike he saw in Pearson's Data Dump was exactly like those of the Codemasters.

After hearing the name of the Codemaster weapon, Enzo bolted to Pearson's Data Dump. Enzo told Old Man Pearson to use his weapon and defeat the invader. Old Man Pearson refused to help because he vowed never to delete another living thing ever again. Enzo continued to try and persuade him, but Pearson simply said, "NO".

After the Codemaster caught Bob, the Codemaster wanted to delete him. While preparing to delete Bob, a game began it's descent on Mainframe. The Codemaster asked Bob what that "incoming game" message was. Bob told the Codemaster that it was the source of a power greater than the Codemaster's.

The Codemaster was intrigued by the prospect of locating a great power so he entered the game with Bob.

Inside of the western train-robbing game, Bob and the Codemaster began to talk about the great power. After the game began, Bob began to make the user look good. Realizing that Bob was trying something suspicious, the Codemaster inquired about the consequences of losing the game.

The Codemaster did not want to be deleted so he took the task of winning the game unto himself. Bob was prepared to end his own life to save everyone in Mainframe, but he was not prepared to delete Enzo. Bob reached the final carriage of the train and finished the user, ending the game and ruining his best chance at defeating the Codemaster.

Lens "The Reaper" of the Sixteen Second Brotherhood challenged Talon, AKA: Mr. Pearson, to a dual. Apparently the brotherhood sent him to delete Pearson for his desertion of the Codemaster guild years ago. Pearson did not accept the challenge. He actually broke his own Gypson Coiled Pike to show that he was out of the Codemaster game. Lens told Talon that once he was a Codemaster, he would always be a Codemaster. Pearson told him to tell the guild that he was done for.

As Lens went in to stomp Old Man Pearson, Bob stepped in the way. Bob told Lens that to get to Pearson, Lens would have to go through Bob. Dot stepped in, as did Enzo. Codemaster Lens saw the act as one full of honor. Instead of deleting everyone, Lens decided to tell the brotherhood that Talon was dead. Lens freed Glitch from his encryption and then he opened a portal and left Mainframe for good.

When the Mainframers tried to thank Old Man Pearson for showing up to help them, Pearson told them that he did not want anyone to thank him.
