Stan was telling the boys that the scare-tactic commercials were exaggerations, but Token countered that they couldn't really know because none of them had ever done drugs. That's when Jimmy piped up:
Jimmy: "Well, I did Ecstasy once. Me and my girlfriend took it and we stayed up all night having... sex."
Kyle: "...Where did you have sex with her?"
Jimmy: "In her... va-vagina... Thank you, thank you. What a terrific audience."
The other boys were a bit perturbed but it was hard to tell if Jimmy was joking about the whole thing or not!

He recounted to his parents, "I can still remember when I was five and you both found that squirrel I'd been keeping in the closet and... you let me keep it for another week and then it ran away, but... Stan had asked Butters to tutor him after school, explaining that he hoped if he focused on schoolwork he wouldn't turn into his future self and could have his bedroom back to himself. Butters concurred that it was no fun having his future self around and Stan was shocked to learn that Butters' future self had shown up four months ago! According to Butters, his future self only wanted to "watch 'Becker'. And that show is so stupid!"

Butters took a risk and shared his dark secret with Stan because he needed Professor Chaos's help to make his parents pay for the lies they'd told him. Butters jumped out of the closet, laughing ominously and proclaiming, "Now you know my terrible secret!" Stan just stared at him, though, and concluded, "...You're gay? It's fine if you're gay, Butters. I don't care."

When Stan saw who was sitting behind the desk, he was ready to leave, but Cartman convinced him to sit down and listen to his offer. Cartman promised, "Parents understand one thing, and that's consequences. They need to see consequences from their actions, or else they'll never learn. What my company does is inflicts those consequences upon the parents in a very real and very direct way." Cartman then tried to quote his price at $18,000, but eventually settled for a $5 fee.

Cartman proposed the same plan for Stan's parents, and when Stan objected that the revenges were supposed to be tailored to each case, Cartman suggested cutting Stan's parents up and feeding their bodies to dogs. Stan was fed up and walked out of the room!

Of course, Cartman felt most of them were doing it wrong, and went around the room correcting them in Spanish! When Butters showed up and complained about the smell, Cartman replied, "Yeah, well, three hundred gallons of poop isn't gonna smell like a garden."

Stan clearly hoped his parents would stop him and fess up before he went through with it, but they didn't, so Stan cut off his hand. Randy immediately grabbed Future Stan's arm and chopped off his hand as well, to try to preserve the ruse. With Future Stan squirting blood all over the table, Stan revealed that he hadn't actually cut off his hand; it had been fake!

As Stan looked on in shock, the Stotches concluded that they'd brought the poop-smearing on themselves and apologized to Butters for having deceived him!

He did at first think he might want to take better care of himself, but then his future self showed up to tell him, "This is the day you turn it all around. You stop eating junk food and you start studying harder, you stay away from drugs and alcohol and you become CEO of your own time-travel company!" Cartman, annoyed that this man was undoubtedly trying to manipulate him into changing his ways, vowed, "I'm gonna spend my whole childhood eating what I want, and doin' drugs when I want! Whatevuh, I'll do what I want!"
