Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Had a sexual liaison with an unbreakable man named Luke Cage.

Answer: Jessica Jones

Krysten Ritter played Jessica in this Netflix original series. Shortly after releasing her series, Netflix announced Luke would get his own series, "Luke Cage", to premier in 2016.
2. Fae who investigated wrong doings within human and fae community.

Answer: Bo Dennis

Anna Silk played Bo Dennis, the unaligned succubus on "Lost Girl" for five seasons. Bo's father was Hades, who almost turned her evil. The series premiered on Syfy and later appeared on Netflix's streaming service.
3. A vampire with a soul who had a son named Connor.

Answer: Angel

Connor was the result of a diabolical global conspiracy take over plot, set into motion by a higher power who was called Jasmine when she arrived on Earth. David Boreanaz played Angel on the series of the same name. Gina Torres played Jasmine, and Vincent Kartheiser played adult Connor.
4. Eldest son of John and Mary, who hunted the paranormal on "Supernatural".

Answer: Dean Winchester

Dean, and his younger brother Sam, were taught about the nastier parts of their world by their father John. John had learned from his wife, Mary, and her father. Jensen Ackles played Dean, Jared Padalecki played Sam, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan played John.
5. FBI agent who worked in a special unit called the X-Files, was abducted, developed cancer, and infertility.

Answer: Dana Scully

Gillian Anderson played Dana Scully on "The X-Files". As of 2016, she'd been playing Dana Scully, on TV and film, for 23 years. Dana was abducted early on in the series, which gave Gillian time to have a maternity leave. She came back, discovered an implant in her neck, and developed cancer after having it removed.

She was also rendered infertile by the experiments done to her. This did not prevent her from being mysteriously impregnated later in the series and having a son named William.
6. This sleuth had an arch enemy named Kilgrave.

Answer: Jessica Jones

The man's real name was Kevin Thompson, and he had mind control powers that neutralized Jessica's super strength on "Jessica Jones". David Tennant gave a very believable performance as Kilgrave. David has also played Doctor Who.
7. The younger brother of a supernatural hunting team who briefly considered being a lawyer.

Answer: Sam Winchester

In the "Supernatural" pilot, Sam had been accepted to law school. The reappearance of his brother Dean in his life, and subsequent supernatural murder of his girlfriend Jess, caused Sam to rejoin the family business of hunting demons. "Supernatural" was given the green light for a thirteenth season to begin airing in fall of 2016.
8. Was cursed with a soul in 1898, after killing a Gypsy girl.

Answer: Angelus

Unlike Spike, who sought his soul, Angelus was cursed with soul and began to refer to himself as simply Angel. Though they were technically the same person, Angelus was the brutal killer portion of Angel's mind. Angelus did serve as a sleuth though, when he was resurrected in the fourth season of "Angel" to give the team information on the rock Beast.

He was ensouled again against his will (for officially the 3rd time), when Willow came to Los Angeles to perform the spell.
9. FBI agent who worked in a special unit called the X-Files who was abducted like a sister was, many years earlier.

Answer: Fox Mulder

Fox's entire alien obsession was incited by the abduction of his younger sister Samantha. The truth of that event was revealed in small doses over many seasons of the show, and the first film. Fox was also abducted near the end of the series' original run, and gone for many months. David Duchovny played Fox, and like Gillian Anderson, had been doing so for 23 years as of 2016, when a six episode tenth season was aired.
10. Vampire with a soul, who loved Buffy, and dated Harmony before relocating to Los Angeles.

Answer: Spike

After having a behavioral modification chip implanted into his brain, Spike slowly began to work with Buffy instead of his single minded pursuit of killing her. He fell in love with her, but not before dating vampires Drusilla and Harmony. Angel also had relations with Drusilla, and he loved Buffy, but he never had any kind of romantic link o Harmony. Spike sacrificed himself in the series finale of "Buffy", but was returned to Wolfram and Hart by Lindsey McDonald. James Marsters played Spike on both "Buffy" and "Angel".
