Paige cast the "Vanishing Spell", "Spell To Promote Compromise", "Instant Karma Spell" and also two other spells but the episode did not show her casting them. However it did say that Paige cleared up Lila's credit report.

We found this out in the episode "From Fear To Eternity" when Prue went upstairs to look in "The Book of Shadows" for some information on Barbas and she recognized her mom's handwriting.
