Answer: Bart

In "Bart the Lover" he caused his teacher Edna Krabappel to feel brokenhearted after her writer lover 'Woodrow' didn't meet her at The Gilded Truffle restaurant after Bart had set the whole thing up.
2. 'In a few years when you're old enough to drive, then you can take the bus.'

Answer: Marge

She says this to Lisa in "Lost Our Lisa" when Lisa wants to go to the last day of the Isis exhibit at the museum on their day off from school. Marge can't take her because she has to take Bart to the doctor. Bart: 'You should have thought of that before I glued this stuff to my head.'
3. 'Hey Frosty! Want some snow, man?'

Answer: Krusty

At the Krusty Anniversary Show in "I Love Lisa" Krusty is showing an old clip from 1963 with Robert Frost, in which he dumps a pile of snow on his head. Frost's reply is 'We discussed this and I said no.' Bill Clinton is in the audience at the Special and laughs hard at this clip.
