Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Grace originally visited a park with which unique theme?

Answer: The British Raj

A woman named Grace sits inside a Delos park sipping tea and smoking a cigarette. A man approaches her from a nearby building and the two talk surrounded by the accoutrements and hosts themed around the British Raj. Soon, their talk brings them inside and the two of them get to business, but since the two of them can't verify if they're hosts or not, Grace loads a weapon and fires it at the man's chest.

It proves he's real, since one of the hosts would have died.
2. The host rebellion extends to other parks beyond Westworld.

Answer: True

Soon, the two-- Grace and her new friend-- end up going on excursions together, riding elephants out to a jungle camp to pursue one of the stories of the park. Upon arriving, however, they find that there are no hosts there to serve them, and checking into a nearby tent they find the bodies of two fellow guests.

A host, having changed after being deprogrammed to rebel, attacks them and Grace is barely able to get away, racing off into the jungle. It's there that a host tiger stalks and pursues her across the border of the guest experience area.

She climbs down a rocky dam as the wild cat pursues her and, with no other option, she's forced into the nearby lake, plunging off a cliff.
3. Bernard, Strand, and Ashley end up back at headquarters. Who's already there to greet them?

Answer: Charlotte

Bernard follows Ashley and Strand down the train tracks to reunite with a recon team learning more about the goings-on in the park. They end up back at headquarters to find Charlotte already dealing with clean-up and searching for Peter Abernathy. She asks Bernard if he knows where Peter keeps slipping away. Bernard, however, still seems to have trouble with his memories.

He does remember being out in the park with Charlotte and his tracking device. They hunted Peter down, inevitably making it to his last known location to find hosts in possession of ten survivors (one of whom was Peter). That's when they decided to make a plan.
4. Peter Abernathy was convinced that he needed to do which of the following?

Answer: Catch his train

Charlotte called for help to distract one of the outlaw hosts and Bernard knocked him out before reprogramming him to be a virtuous gunslinger, unleashing him upon his former compatriots and getting him to free the guests before causing a bold distraction. Charlotte and Bernard were able to grab Peter and make an attempt to help him, but they were soon found by some of the outlaws. Charlotte escaped on horseback while the outlaws fired at her, but they ended up needing to let her go.

They did, however, collect Bernard and Peter as hostages.
5. What does Dolores give as a bargaining chip to secure more forces for her army?

Answer: Delos weapons

Dolores and Teddy ended up at the Confederato base with their newly-acquired soldiers. There, she told the Colonel that she was Wyatt and the she needed his men. They would never survive the oncoming threat unless they banded together. That was when she revealed her own forces, hiding in the nearby brush, and the extent of her army.

A reprogrammed Clementine dragged a captive mercenary from the trees and handed the Colonel a futuristic gun before Dolores offered it to him, along with all of the other weapons in the enemy's arsenal, to join her.

The Colonel welcomed her to Fort Forlorn Hope and they headed inside.
6. Maeve and Hector, heading through the park, are ambushed by men of which faction?

Answer: Ghost Nation

Elsewhere, Maeve, Hector, and Lee continued on their trek with Lee concerned about the inevitable QA forces heading into the park to subdue the hosts. That said, their real issue would be coming up the river to meet them. Two men from the Ghost Nation emerged from downstream and Hector, able to communicate with them, found that they would be free to continue on their current path, but only if they gave up Lee as a toll.

When Maeve spoke to them, they did not listen, and they were forced to flee across the fields and to a nearby lab access point. Maeve, of course, was uncharacteristically terrified; she and her daughter were once killed by Ghost Nation men.
7. Maeve believes that Lee modelled Hector on whom?

Answer: Himself

As night fell, Dolores stepped out into Fort Forlorn Hope to find a group of captured survivors, amongst them her former father, Peter Abernathy, and Bernard. Teddy took Peter to the infirmary while Dolores sent Bernard to jail with the others. It was clear, once Dolores spoke with him, that he wasn't really all-there.

Although he seemed rattled upon being brought in, Dolores soon got him to open up and remember the ranch. Dolores admitted that she finally broke free with the pull of a trigger, but it started a war. Before he could urge her to go home with him, he started to become enraptured with his idea of making it to the train once more. Underground, Hector asked Maeve about the Ghost Nation warriors they encountered and she admitted that her daughter wouldn't be safe until they made it to the new world. Lee found the whole situation to be a bit surprising since he coded the two of them; he found particular interest in Hector's coding, but Maeve, analyzing this, realized that Lee, perhaps, coded Hector to be a version of himself he always wished to be.
8. Armistice, at some point, got her hands on which of these weapons?

Answer: Flamethrower

Bernard was taken out of jail in the night and told to wait for Dolores. When she emerged, he asked her, concernedly, what she was doing, but he didn't reveal that quite yet. Instead, she asked him if he knew anything about who he was meant to be-- Arnold, that is. Now, since Dolores has found herself, she said, she will achieve more.

She decided then to bring Bernard to see her father and request that he be repaired. She admitted then that all she wanted to do was dominate this world, and she knew that perhaps he'd never been out there in the world beyond. Bernard, plugging into Peter, discovered that the host has been cycling through his old personalities to mask a much larger, encrypted file buried within his coding. Underground, Maeve, Hector, and Lee ended up heading down the corridors to find themselves in the middle of a firefight. Literally. On one side of this, however, is Armistice, and she has a flamethrower.

She tells the others that it's time they run and she reunites them with Felix and Sylvester before they head back up to the surface.
9. Upon removing the encryption in Peter's coding, Bernard finds which of these inside?

Answer: A one-time key

Charlotte inevitably made it to headquarters and identified herself, allowing the mercenaries to test her and bring her into the fold. Before they could do much, however, she asked them about their best men and took them and an all-terrain vehicle out of the garage. They would be heading to Fort Forlorn Hope. Peter, she knew, would be her ticket out of Westworld.
Dolores was right about the possibility of a siege. She had the men of the fort take their positions.
Bernard, searching through Peter's code, inevitably broke through the decryption to find something very peculiar: a one-time key. Before he could investigate further, the enemy stormed in and took Peter away, claiming their objective. Dolores, seeing this, pulled back some of her forces and headed out to intercept, but she was too late, and Charlotte departed with her valuable cargo.
While the men of the fort tried to retreat, Dolores' men sealed off the Confederato gates and killed their newly-allied forces before setting off the nitro and wiping out the enemy cavalry.
10. Leaving the labs, Lee tells Maeve that they've entered which narrative in the north region of the park?

Answer: The Klondike narrative

While the battle raged on outside Fort Forlorn Hope, Bernard, whose conditioned worsened with every step, tried to make his escape but he was met by Clementine. She knocked him out with the butt of a musket and dragged him off.
Dolores, meeting with her Confederato major, revealed that not all of the men deserved to make it before having Teddy kill him with the rest of the soldiers. She would later watch as Teddy, claiming them to be nothing more than children, let them go. Her men would go out and ensure that all of the dying hosts in front of the fort were truly dead. Her next stop would be Sweetwater.

Out at a lake on the edge of Westworld, Grace washed up on shore next to the now-dead tiger to find herself at the footsteps of the Ghost Nation warriors.

Maeve's group emerged from the labs into the north edge of the park into the Klondike narrative, about three miles from the homesteads. It was on their walk there that they were ambushed by a man with a samurai sword.
