The other cities in the South American region are Havana, Cuba; Kingston, Jamaica; and both Rio de Janeiro and S�o Paulo in Brazil. Apparently the creators thought only the northern half of South America and the Caribbean were important enough to include in this game. In fact, Bogot� is still in actuality the hub of South America's oldest airline, Avianca.
