Answer: He can absorb the power of the enemies he kills

As he kills an enemy, the power goes into him allowing him to adapt to that enemy's special ability. Very useful indeed.

2. What was the name of the first stage in 'Castlevania'?

Answer: Main Hall

Ruins of Warakiya was the first stage of 'Dracula's Curse'. Gate/Graveyard was the first stage in 'Super Castlevania 4'. And the Marble Corridor was the second stage in 'Harmony of Dissonance'.

3. True or False: You had the option to play as Maria in 'Castlevania: Dracula X' on the Super Nintendo?

Answer: false

You had that option in the Japanese version 'Rondo of Blood'.

4. What were the five special items you needed to obtain in order to get the secret ending in 'Castlevania Legends'?

Answer: Axe, clock, dagger, holy water, cross

These items were usual ones you used in each of the games, though you have to drop one once you grabbed another. As for that secret ending...well, it certainly was interesting.

5. True or False: Unlike 'Castlevania', 'Vampire Killer' didn't have a time limit?

Answer: true

Though both games were very much alike, there was no time limit in 'Vampire Killer'. Those certainly can be annoying.

There was no time limit in this game, but since there were no stages, the amount of time you took getting Dracula's body parts determined your ending (there were three known endings).

You faced Camilla in the Underground Waterway. In the Chapel Tower you faced Adremelech. And the character you played as was Nathan Graves.

Answer: false

They were heirlooms of his mother, Lisa, as was indicated when the sword was described as 'Mother's Heirloom'.

With these stages, you had to choose which one of the castles you wanted to go to first.
