Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. By the Glowbo closest the Mumbo's Skull, there's an entrance. Where does this lead to?

Answer: Gloomy Caverns

The Gloomy Caverns merely provide access to the Generator Cavern and the Power Hut. Apart from that, the Gloomy Caverns has a set of Split-Up Pads and a Jinjo in a jail cell.
2. How many Boomstick Bundles are bouncing around the Ordnance Storage?

Answer: 15

Once you take care of the first one, the rest will start their timers. You have to use the Beak Bayonet to disarm them because should you use eggs, they'll all explode and you'll have to restart.
3. What is the picture on the hovering box in the Fuel Depot?

Answer: Planet

This box contains Witchy World's "Saucer of Peril" ride. You first have to blow out some fallen rock, then open the door to Witchy World from the other side, and finally, you have to add power to it. All that for less than five minutes of shooting targets from an auto-piloted spaceship for a single Jiggy and Cheato Page.
4. How many crushers are in the Crushing Shed?

Answer: 3

When you go into the Crushing Shed you have to dodge the crushers while running to the conveyer belt switch. Activate this and the crushers will stop, the conveyor belt will start, and so will the grinders at the end of it. Get Mumbo to put the Jiggy Rock in the shed and then grab the three Jiggy pieces that are thrown out to get a Jiggy.
5. How many planks of wood are there in the Power Hut's basement?

Answer: 10

You're meant to come back for this Jiggy after you've learned how to separate Bear and Bird. Banjo's supposed to go to the top of the Power Hut and stand on the switch that will light up the basement for Kazooie. This isn't necessary though and you can take the Bear and Bird together across the planks with a keen eye (This is also more stable and accurate than Kazooie only).
6. When you race Canary Mary for the first time, what cavern do you start closest to?

Answer: Fuel Depot

Start at the Fuel Depot and race to the Train Station (and then back again for a Cheato Page). The challenge here is to tap the A button as many times possible to make the mine cart move, although you may want to use a controller with the autofire option for the later races. If you beat her in Cloud Cuckooland as well, she'll have given you a total of two Jiggies, two Cheato Pages, and a severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome.
7. Which of the following worlds can you NOT directly enter from Glitter Gulch Mine?

Answer: Cloud Cuckooland

You can enter Witchy World through the depot (the same way the Saucer of Peril got into the Space Area), Mayahem Temple's Prison Compound via the small tunnel in Bullion Bill's House that Dilberta used, and Jolly Roger's Lagoon from the pipe in the Water Storage room (although you have to come from Jolly Roger's Lagoon first to actually use this passage).
8. How many tunnels do you go through in the mine cart?

Answer: 4

The race tack is long and they didn't have enough room in the main chamber for it. There's a series of tunnels that curve out from the main cavern just a bit to add to the texture of the race.
9. Where can a Jinjo NOT be found?

Answer: Waterfall Cavern

The Jinjo in the Toxic Gas Cave is under a boulder that can be Bill Drilled. There is a Jinjo in the Water Storage, but it can only be accessed from Jolly Roger's Lagoon. The one by the Train Station is up on a pile of what seems to be precious gems, and he's also under a rock that must be Bill Drilled.

The other two Jinjos can be found in the jail of the Gloomy Caverns and in one of the mine cart tunnels.
10. How many Generators are in the Generator Cavern?

Answer: 6

Launch a fire egg into a Generator and it'll light up a portion of the room for a few seconds. The darkness isn't so bad for the first few segments but when you get near to top, you'll want to take advantage of the light.
