1. What is the very first stage you can move Snake around on?

This is where you temporarily lose your backpack. You can collect it again when you climb a tree with vines on the trunk.

2. The first time you see enemies is in what place?

Answer: Dremuchij North

During a cutscene, you pull out your binoculars and if you press R1, you will see two guards patrolling the perimeter. There are another three enemies situated around the rest of the area, but the long grass ensures you that you can get through safely without much work.

3. Where is the first place you are forced to engage an enemy?

Answer: Rassvet (2nd visit)

The second time you visit Rassvet during the night you were supposed to meet ADAM but instead you find EVA. The next morning, members of Ocelot's unit search for you. You must engage them to continue the story.

4. What is the exact name of the stage that you face Ocelot who is situated on the other side of a big gap?

Answer: Bolshaya Past Crevice

You cannot engage him close up, so the only way to defeat him is to use your weapons. After the battle you fall into a dark place called Chyornaya Peschera Cave Branch.

Straight after the cutscene, you can pull out your Sniper Rifle (if you got one) and shoot The End. If you shoot him enough he will explode and his wheel will come flying towards you, but what's the fun in killing him when you can face him in a real battle?

This is where you meet Aleksandr Stepanovich Granin, the mastermind behind Metal Gear, the first bipedal nuclear-equipped battle-tank. You get his background somewhat and information as well as help to progress through this amazing story.

Answer: Sokroveno East

Arguably the best battle in the entire game, The End is a joy to play against. This is a sniping battle, and most of the time you spend will be to find The End before he finds you, which is pretty challenging, but exciting. The battle is fought in three places, Sokroveno East not being one of them.

While you are climbing the ladder, an acapella of Cynthia Harrell singing "Snake Eater" is played in the background. When you get to the top and go through the door, you will end up in Krasnogorje Mountain Base.

EVA leaves you here for the second time, driving off the cliff with her motorcycle to get back to her "other role". Here you use your binoculars to view Volgin beating the crap out of a barrel containing the now deceased Granin, and The Boss warning them of your progress and imminent arrival.

At the end of a dark tunnel you end up in an even darker place where you face The Fury, who is a Flamethrower-wielding Astronaut with a jetpack on. It is best to hit him in the back or from afar.

You must wear the Mask and Raikov's Uniform to be able to 'save' Sokolov. Before this, though, you find Sokolov talking to and giving the data of the Shagohod to "Tanya." Then you attempt to save Sokolov, only to be sniffed out by Volgin.

The "secret" that you get is actually a nightmare mini-game called "Guy Savage." It is in black and white and you are a swordsman who can transform into a monster. Your enemies are NYPD zombies, and the games lasts for about 2 minutes.

13. Where do you end up immediately after the battle with The Sorrow?

Answer: Tikhorgornyj

This is where you can recapture your Tsuchinoko. Guards may be around if you still have the transmitter so remove it before the battle with The Sorrow.

14. Where do you face The Boss for the last time?

Answer: Rokovoj Bereg

I love this battle. It is set in a white field of flowers. The Boss is hard enough to face alone, but the time limit is your worst enemy here. There are also three special snakes that you can capture here. Snake Solid, Snake Liquid, and Snake Solidus are white snakes that are pretty hard to find.

15. Where does your very last battle take place?

Answer: WIG Interior

This is the showdown between you and Ocelot, where you choose between two guns, one of which contains a bullet. The left one contains the bullet (I think) and you can trigger many scenes with this battle. Thanks for playing!
