Celebrimbor. These creations of Celebrimbor were said to be the greatest work since Fëanor created the Silmarils. In Nenya Narya, and Vilya were embodied the power of air, fire, and water.
Elwing. Elwing was the daughter of Dior the Fair. She escaped with the Silmaril that Beren wrested from Morgoth when the sons of Fëanor came to claim it. She later married Eärendil and had two sons, Elros and Elrond.
Gandalf. In the final chapter of "The Return of the King" it says that Gandalf openly wore the red elven ring Narya when the Ring-bearers left the Havens for Aman.
Gurthang. This is the sword he cast himself on to end his life. Originally the sword was forged by Eöl out of the metal of a meteorite, and was called Anglachel. When Eöl gave the sword up to Thingol in Doriath, Beleg Strongbow bore it.

5. There were actually 5, but 2 passed into the east. This was stated in "Unfinished Tales" under the chapter entitled "The Istari". The three we know are Gandalf, Saruman, and Radagast, whereas the other two that passed into the east were calld Pallando and Alatar.

Blue. I don't know why blue was the only colour repeated by the Istari, but of these two who passed into the east there is very little written, and they do not come into any story.
Hobbits. He is apparently most closely related to Hobbits, particularly those of the Stoor strain.
14. There were 13 Dwarves plus one hobbit. Bilbo was hired to be the burglar and to change the unlucky number. Gandalf did not take part on the entire journey so really shouldn't be included in the numbers.
all of these (Olorin, the Grey Fool, Mithrandir). Gandalf was known by many different names. His original name was Olorin, Denethor II called him the Grey Fool because he didn't like him, and the elves called him Mithrandir.

Roverandom. Tolkien's short story Roverandom is based on a tale he told his son when on holiday. He told it to cheer his son up when he lost his favourite toy, a steel dog.
Sauron. Sauron created the One Ring in order to control all other rings of power.
