M.I.A.. "Avenged Sevenfold" wrote this song because of all the war that's gone on in America. The letters "M.I.A" mean "missing in action".

17. Synyster Gates was born Brian Elwin Haner, Jr. His first tattoo was the number 1 on his thumb, at the age of 15.
Zacky Vengeance. Zacky Vengeance launched a clothing line in 2005 called Vengeance University. Synyster Gates also has a clothing line in the works.
Synyster Gates. Brian Haner (Sr.) is credited for several tracks on the album and he's accordingly been nicknamed Papa Gates. Sisters Valary and Michelle DiBenedetto, Matt and Synyster's girlfriends, have also lent their vocals to the albums and helped manage the band.

Zacky Vengeance. Lead singer M Shadows was kicked out of two schools whilst growing up. The first time was when he was in the sixth grade, for smashing a car window. The second time he was in the seventh grade.

Muliticoloured. Johnny Christ is not the original bassist for the band. He was introduced to the band by Zacky Vengeance's little brother Matt, who he went to school with. He joined the band after the depature of original bassist Justin Sane.
2. Zacky Vengeance is left handed and plays a left handed guitar. Synyster Gates studied Jazz guitar at MIT.
M Shadows. All the members of Avenged Sevenfold attended Catholic School, which they were subsiquently kicked out of. If you look at their lyrics you can see some of the Catholic upbringing in there.
