Pearl Bailey. Just like in "Family Guy", the high school is named after an obscure pop culture reference. Meg Griffin's high school is named after James Woods and Chris Griffin's middle school is named after Providence, RI mayor Buddy Cianci. The mascot of Pearl Bailey High is a buffalo.
