Everybody Loves Raymond
Ray Romano. The part of Ray Barone is played by Ray Romano. He uses a lot of things from his real life in the skits. For instance, his real daughter's name is Alexandra (Ally) and he has twin boys (Gregory and Matthew) He does have one older brother Robert, and another brother, Richard. His wife is Anna.
Robert. Brad Garrett plays Ray's older brother, Robert. Although "Robert" is a lonely, divorced police officer that still lives with his parents (this is subject to change), Brad is quite the opposite.
Patricia Heaton. Debra is played by Patricia Heaton. In real life, Patricia is happily married with four sons of her own.
Peter Boyle. Mr Boyle has the pleasure of the role of lazy, ol, bald, Frank. We hope he's not like this in real life.
Madylin Sweetin. Madylin was cast as Ally when she was 4 or 5. She has grown up with the show. She, in real life, has two younger brothers.
Sawyer and Sullivan Sweetin. Sawyer and Sullivan were also cast as the twins when they were very young, 2 or 3 years old. As they have gotten older, the brothers are given more speaking parts. Sawyer and Sullivan share the screen with their older sister, Madylin.
Doris Roberts. Doris Roberts plays Marie, in real life she has a husband and kids and grandkids.
Amy McDougal. Monica Horan plays Amy, Robert's second wife.
Robert. Robert is the oldest. Although he is over 40, Marie still treats him like a baby.
Albert. You find this out in the episode when Debra finds a tape from Ray's answering machine from 1982. Marie keeps leaving messages on the machine, but when Ray neglects to call her back, she leaves a message that says "Raymond Albert Barone! Pick up the phone right now!"
She burns it within an iron. Marie was ironing Robert's suit jacket and watching TV at the same time. Then there was a commercial for a sports programme that Ray was going to be on. Marie got distracted and left a huge burn mark on the back of his suit jacket. She tried to get Robert to wear a trench coat over it, but he had to change his suit.
He turned the TV volume. Ray didn't even realize that she was actually choking, and when she finally swallowed it, she got really mad at him, because she could have died, and he didn't do a thing to help her. Later, Robert showed Debra how to perform the Heimlich maneuver on herself in case that ever happened again.
MacDougal. Robert, Amy, her wacko brother Peter, her religious parents. . . hmm, I see spin-off potential here!
In Italy. Unfortunately, Stefania's father, Marco, wasn't too keen on Robert.
Idiot. Ray can be pretty insensitive sometimes, but sometimes he's the only one with any sanity at that house.
Chad. It was a very romantic poem called "Debra's Eyes". To compete with Chad, Ray wrote a poem called "Debra's Ears", and featured such romantic lines as "They hold thine sunglasses up" and "There's no bone in there; it's cartilage."
Katherine Helmond. Katherine Helmond starred in the late 80's/early 90's sitcom "Who's the Boss" as Mona Robinson, with Judith Light, "Charmed"'s Alyssa Milano, and Tony Danza.
Michael and Geoffrey. These kids are exactly identical, and the only way you can tell them apart is by the "freckle patterns."
Lemon chicken. Ray came to Debra's apartment to fix the futon that he'd delivered a couple days before, and Debra "accidentally" made too much lemon chicken, so they ended up eating together (and making out. . .). Thanks for playing my quiz :).
September 13, 1996. "Everybody Loves Raymond" debuted on September 13, 1996 on CBS, in the United States.
Upper thigh. Ray and Frank really got a kick out of this not so pleasant turn of events for poor Robert.

House wife. Debra used to do PR work for a local hockey team, when she met her soon to be husband.
Joanne. You get to see Joanne in a few different episodes, and she is highly stuck up and rather rude.

Scramisaur. Ally liked the Hackidu card game, and her favorite card was the powerful Scramisaur.
when riding in the car. Debra was driving the kids in the car, when a truck cuts them off. Michael said the word that Ray says when that happens to him.
they made bets with Debra against him. Ray then realizes that Marie did that to him and Robert when they were kids. She would warn them about Frank and his moods.
