Helena brainwashed Lucky to not love Elizabeth at Nikolas' command.. Helena used the diamond she had always used to brainwash Lucky, Elizabeth was interested in Jason but nothing actually happened, though after their break up Elizabeth began to be very attracted to Jason. Although Nikolas would never do that to anyone, he had to prove he was a true Cassadine to Helena so that he could help Lucky behind her back.
A.J.. Right after Michael was born Jason played the part of his father, however A.J. is Michael's father and tried to regain custody but was unsuccessful. He left Port Charles with Lydia.

Yes. Jason said that he was Michael's father in the beginning to help Carly. Robin then told AJ the truth, which resulted in Robin and Jason breaking up. AJ then fought Carly for custody, and lost numerous times. When Sonny and Carly got together, Sonny finally adopted Michael. This was the best solution. Sonny is a great dad.
Sarah Brown. I loved Sarah Brown, but loved it when Tamara took over the role.
Paul. Ned was married to Jenny, who left him for Paul. Tracy hated Jenny, and wouldn't let Paul see Dillon.
Became a stripper. AJ was drunk (again) and crashed into a strip club. In order to keep it quiet, Courtney agreed to strip, to pay off AJ's debt. This all ended in them getting divorced, which was the best thing to have happened.
