Winn was confused and sought guidance from the Emissary, who counseled her to stall for time. Bajor did sign the treaty when the Federation decided to abandon Deep Space Nine.

      Andromeda. Brian appeared as Lotan in "Stargate SG-1" the episode "Scorched Earth". He played the recurring role of Dr. Sam Carr in "Dark Angel". Brian also guest starred on "Star Trek: The Next Generation" in the episode "Homeward" as Vorin and on "Star Trek: Voyager" in the episode "Faces" playing both Durst and Sulan.
