In the episode 'Cure' what medical substance do SG-1 acquire access to?'Stargate: SG-1' Season 6

Tretonin. Tretonin was used by the inhabitants of Pangar to replace their immune system. It was made from ground-up Goa'uld symbiotes. It is later modified by the Tok'ra to allow Jaffa to live without an immature Goa'uld in their pouch.
