Wii DK Summit / DK's Snowboard Cross. DK Summit, or DK's Snowboard Cross, depending on what region game you have, is just like snowboarding. When you shoot out of a cannon and come to the top of the mountain, go to the left and go down the mountain. As you go down the mountain you see some ramps that you can do tricks on with your kart or bike just like doing tricks on your snowboard.
GBA Sky Garden. Sky Garden was featured in "Mario Kart Super Circuit" for GBA. It takes place in the sky and it's filled with plants and roots.

GCN Daisy Cruiser. Mario's twin brother is Luigi, Mario's girlfriend is Princess Toadstool (or Peach), and Luigi's girlfriend is Daisy. The boat was named after Daisy and this race track was confirmed in "Mario Kart: Double Dash" for Nintendo Gamecube.
Luigi's Mansion. This course, in "Mario Kart DS", has a cemetery and Boos in the backyard including the trees that walk from side to side. This course was also based on the GCN game "Luigi's Mansion" when Luigi searches for Mario.

GBA Bowser Castle 1. Trick question! Bowser Castle 1 is the smallest Bowser's Castle course in "Mario Kart". Bowser Castle 2 is the second smallest. Bowser Castle 3 is the largest. Bowser's Castle from Nintendo DS is not filled with lava.

SNES Ghost Valley 2. SNES Ghost Valley 2 is one of the scariest courses out of all the courses. It also has Boos that appear all around the course.
GCN Baby Park. Baby Park is the only course that is small and you go 7 laps around the track. Baby Mario and Baby Luigi own this course.

Wii Rainbow Road. SNES Rainbow Road has no stars. DS Rainbow Road has rings with stars on them. GCN Rainbow Road takes place high above Mushroom City. Wii Rainbow Road has starbits from "Super Mario Galaxy" that appear in different colors such as red, blue and orange.
DS Figure-8 Circuit. Figure-8 Circuit is a "figure-8" race track. It was featured in "Mario Kart DS".
