After getting your starter Pokemon, you and your rival will go to Lake Verity to try and catch the legendary Pokemon living there. In there, you'll find a person named Cyrus there talking to the legendary Pokemon. What is this Pokemon?

Mesprit. This was added in 'Pokemon Platinum'. Cyrus stands there in front of the lake and says to the legendary Pokemon 'Until then, sleep while you can, legendary Pokemon of the lake bed...'

The first time you will actually actually see Team Galactic grunts is when you return to Jubilife City after getting your first gym badge. They try to steal research from Prof. Rowan, but you team up with Lucas/Dawn to take on the Team Galactic grunts in a double battle. What Pokemon does Lucas/Dawn use?

This depends on what starter you choose. Lucas/Dawn uses a starter Pokemon with a type disadvantage to your starter. If you chose Turtwig, they would choose Piplup, if you chose Chimchar, they would choose Turtwig, and if you chose Piplup, they would choose Chimchar. The Team Galactic grunts have a Stunky and a Glameow.

When you make your way to Valley Windworks, Team Galactic is there. A Galactic grunt in front of the door will lock it with a key and they'll say that other Team Galactic grunts at Floaroma Meadows have a key. When you get there, they are trying to get an item from an NPC. What is this item?

Honey. Honey is an item that can be slathered on golden trees. When done, you have to wait a few hours until the tree begins to shake, and when this happens, you can interact with it and find a wild Pokemon. You can find common Pokemon such as Wurmple and Burmy and rare Pokemon like Heracross.

When you enter the Valley Windworks building and get to the end, you'll find the leader of the operation, Galactic Commander Mars and the newest member to Team Galactic. What is the person's name?

Charon. Charon was added in 'Pokemon Platinum'. He is one of the four commanders of Team Galactic and is the only one who doesn't battle you throughout the game. He is the main scientist for Team Galactic though. It was written in his journal that when he was younger, he befriended a Rotom. Charon's Japanese name was Pluto.

When fighting Team Galactic Commander Mars, her Zubat has the move Toxic.

True. Toxic is a poison move that can badly poison its target. Badly poison is when the Pokemon that is inflicted with it will lose more health each turn. The Pokemon will eventually faint if so, even if you use potions. Her other Pokemon is a Purugly at level 17.

When you enter Eterna City, you will meet your rival. You will also meet Cyrus looking at what in Eterna?

Time and Space statue. The Time and Space statue represents the legendary Pokemon Dialga and Palkia. However, some of the letters of the writing on the statue have been hidden due to it being old.

In Eterna city, there is a Galactic Eterna building, which Team Galactic have been using as a base. In it, a person has came to receive their stolen Pokemon. Who is this person?

Cycle manager. The Cycle manager had came to get his Clefairy, which Team Galactic had said was from space. You need to help him so you can get a bicycle to ride through Cycling Road.

The leader of the operation at Eterna City is Team Galactic commander Jupiter. She has a Level 21 Zubat and another Pokemon at Level 23. Which of these Pokemon evolves into this second Pokemon?

Stunky. Although only obtainable at Level 34, Jupiter's final Pokemon is Skuntank, a dark/poison type Pokemon. Its only weakness is ground. It has the moves Night Slash, Poison Gas, Smokescreen and Screech, so it can be pretty tough.

After obtaining five gym badges, a Galactic grunt will set off a Galactic Bomb. Where does he set it off?

The Great Marsh. When this is done, Crasher Wake inspects the damage done to the Great Marsh while you have to chase the Galactic grunt. He stops running near Lake Valor and battles you. Afterwards, Cynthia and your rival comes and she will give you the Secretpotion to you to heal the headaches of the Psyduck blocking the road to Route 210.

After defeating a Galactic grunt in Celestic Town, you see Cynthia's grandmother, in which you give her the Old Charm Cynthia wanted to you give to her grandmother. Afterwards, Cynthia's grandmother takes you inside the Celestic ruins to look at picture in there. However, a member of Team Galactic arrives to battle you. Who is that member?

Cyrus. This was added into 'Pokemon Platinum', so this is your first battle with Cyrus. He has a Level 34 Sneasel, a Level 34 Golbat and a Level 36 Murkrow. His Sneasel has Ice Punch so it is likely he bred this. After you defeat him, Cynthia's grandmother gives you HM 03 Surf.

When you reach Canalave City, you can take a boat to Iron Island, where a person named Riley will give you HM 04 Strength. He'll also explore the inside of the cave with you, where you meet Team Galactic at the end. After beating them, he'll give you an egg of which Pokemon?

Riolu. Iron Island is an extra place to explore and train before the sixth Gym. Riolu is the pre-evolved form of Lucario, and obtaining the egg for Riolu, hatching it and evolving it into a Lucario is the only way to get it.

Cynthia is in the meeting at the Canalave Library which you go to.

False. The only people there are Prof. Rowan, your rival and Lucas/Dawn. Prof. Rowan decides to split you three up to explore the three different lakes in Sinnoh. He sends Dawn to Lake Verity, near Twinleaf Town, your rival to Lake Acuity, near Snowpoint Town and you to Lake Valor, near Veilstone City and Pastoria City. Afterwards, a Galactic bomb was set off at Lake Valor.

When your at Lake Valor, there is a cavern inside. In it is the last commander of Team Galactic, Saturn. Which of Saturn's Pokemon is the highest Level?

Toxicroak. Toxicroak is poison/fighting type and the evolved form of Croagunk. His Toxicroak is Level 40 and has the moves Revenge, Faint attack, Mud bomb and Poison Jab. It's 4x weak to psychic and also has a weakness to both Flying and ground.

When you arrive at Lake Verity, which Commander is there?

Mars. This will be your second battle with Galactic Commander Mars. She has a Level 38 Golbat, a Level 38 Bronzor and a Level 40 Purugly.

When you go to Lake Acuity, you find out you cannot access it right away as you need the seventh gym badge to be able to use a certain HM to go the lake. What is this HM?

Rock Climb. Rock Climb is a HM which climbs a rocky path, like the one that can be used to access Lake Acuity. This HM can be found at Route 217 near a house. When at Lake Acuity, you'll find your rival losing to Team Galactic commander Jupiter. She'll head of to the Galactic Veilstone headquarters.

To save the legendary Pixies, you need to go the Galatic Veilstone HQ. However you need a key to get to it. Where can you get the key?

Galactic Warehouse. The Galactic Warehouse is a building you would have visited before to get HM 02 Fly. To enter further through the Galactic Warehouse, you need to get the Warehouse key from a Galactic grunt near the Galactic headquarters.

Inside the Galactic Warehouse, you'll find two TMs. What are those TMs?

TM 21 (Frustration) and TM 36 (Sludge Bomb). Sludge Bomb is a powerful poison type move that has a chance of poisoning a pokemon. Frustration is a normal type move which is stronger if the pokemon's Friendship is low.

When you get near to the end, you'll find Cyrus. If you beat him, he'll give you a rare item. What is this item?

Master Ball. A Master Ball is a pokeball that can never fail, no matter the circumstances. Cyrus's team includes a lv 44 Sneasel, a lv 44 Crobat and a lv 46 Honchkrow After being defeated, Cyrus leaves and allows you to free the legendary pixies.

When trying to release the legendary Pixies, a Galactic Commander will stop you and battle you. Who is the Commander?

Saturn. Saturn will fight you for the last time in the game. His team is a lv 42 Golbat, a lv 42 Bronzor and a lv 44 Toxicroak. Once defeated, he'll let you press the button to release the Legendary Pixies. Charon is also there but won't battle you.

With Galactic Headquarters completed, where do you have to go next?

Mt. Coronet (south). Cyrus and Team Galctic have headed over to Mt. Coronet (south) to conduct their plan. To go through Mt. Coronet, you need the HMs Surf, Strength, Rock Smash and Rock Climb.
