Introduction:
"It may seem like I know what I’m talking about, but not everything I tell you is true. I know, it’s cruel, but it’s your turn to sift through and find my factual errors so that I can send it to the queue. “Metroid Prime” is for the Gamecube. Good luck!"

1. In "Metroid Prime", you play as Samus Aran, a female bounty hunter on a mission. The beginning of the game takes Samus to the Space Pirate Frigate in orbit about Tallon IV. This area gives you a chance to discover what her suit and weapons have to offer. While on the frigate, you'll need to fight your first boss, the Parasite King, and escape after the battle before the ship self-destructs in seven minutes.

What's the wrong fact in this paragraph?
Your first boss is the Parasite Queen
Samus Aran is a male character
The Space Pirate Frigate orbits Tallon VI
The ship will self-destruct in six minutes; not seven

2. Throughout the game, there are many items that can be picked up that will refill your Energy, and Missile and Power Bomb count. To begin, there are four different Energy refillers found around the world. These refill 10, 20, 50, and 100 Energy respectively. Missile refills will only replenish five Missiles in your total, but you can refill them all using one of the Missile Stations over the planet. There is Power Bomb ammunition found throughout the world as well. This weapon can only be used in Morph Ball Mode, and it can be used to destroy materials like Bendezium.

What error did I make in this paragraph?
Missile Stations are only found on the Space Pirate Frigate
Power Bombs can also be used outside of Morph Ball mode
There are only three Energy refillers
Power Bombs only destroy Cordite; not Bendezium

3. Throughout the game, you can find many beams that will be used in different conditions. You start with the Power Beam (which opens normal doors), and you acquire your Charge Beam in the Chozo Ruins. The Wave beam is next to be found, and it's located in Phendrana Drifts. The Ice and Plasma Beams are found next in the Antechamber of the Chozo Ruins and the Plasma Processing Room of Magmoor Caverns respectively. Each of these can combine with Super Missiles to have a devastating blow. With the use of five Missiles (or one Super Missile), you can create Super Missiles with the Power Beam, and the Flamethrower with the Plasma Beam. There are also combos with the Wave and Ice Beam. The Wave Beam has the power to activate conduits with electrical charges to open doors, and the Ice Beam opens white doors.

I can clearly see the error in this one, but can you? What piece of information is wrong?
The Ice Beam opens all but red-coloured doors
The Flamethrower requires ten Missiles to activate
The Charge Beam is in Magmoor Caverns
The Ice Beam is found in The Chapel of the Elders (in Phendrana Drifts)

4. In the game, Samus will have four visors. The Combat Visor and the Scan Visor are with Samus from the start, and neither are damaged in the explosion on the Space Pirate Frigate. The Thermal Visor is found in the Geothermal Core of Magmoor Caverns while the X-Ray Visor is in the Life Grove (along with a Chozo Artifact) in the Tallon Overworld. The Scan Visor is important for those shooting for 100%. If you scan every log in the Log Book, you'll unlock an image gallery. There are many galleries in the game which can be found by achieving certain goals like beating the game on Hard Mode, or collecting all pick-ups.

What's the mistake in this paragraph?
Samus has three visors; the Combat Visor and Scan Visor are one in the same
The X-Ray Visor's found in the Reflecting Pool of the Chozo Ruins
The Thermal Visor's found in the Research Core in Phendrana Drifts
No image galleries are unlocked for beating the game on Hard Mode

5. The Morph Ball is certainly an interesting feature. This object is re-acquired after the explosion in the Space Pirate Frigate when you fight the Plated Beetle in the Ruined Shrine (of Chozo Ruins) for it. After this, you can obtain the Morph Ball Bomb, Boost Ball, Spider Ball, and Power Bombs from around the planet. Overall, there are four Power Bomb Expansions. Throughout the planet, you'll be able to find devices especially designed for the Morph Ball such as the half-pipe and the Spinner. Both of these usually require the Boost Ball, so pick it up in the Chapel of the Elders and be on your way. To use a Spider Ball Track, get into the Morph Ball and press R near a magnetic track.

What is the error in this paragraph?
There are only three Power Bomb Expansions
You press L to use a Spider Ball Track
The Boost Ball is found in Phendrana Canyon
The Ruined Shrine is in Phendrana Drifts

6. In "Metroid Prime", you can visit various areas containing many hidden features and items. A personal favourite is the Chozo Ruins which contains numerous Chozo-made rooms and obstacles. The Hall of Elders may be to your liking since it's near the location of the Ice Beam, it contains a Missile Reloader, and you can fight Chozo Ghosts. In fact, the Chozo Artifact of World is found nearby. Phazon Mines is pretty neat too. It contains Blue Phazon which can only be resisted by the Phazon Suit and Red Phazon which will hurt you no matter what suit you wear. This location also contains many specialized troopers. Phendrana Drifts contains many ice-related enemies like Sheegoths and Crystallines, but it also contains a large laboratory featuring Metroids and Space Troopers. Some other regions on the planet include Magmoor Caverns, Tallon Overworld, and the Impact Crater. The Space Pirate Frigate is also a location, and it crashes into the Tallon Overworld.

Where is the factual error in this paragraph?
There's no Red Phazon in the Phazon Mines
The Chozo Artifact of Elder is found nearby
The Space Pirate Frigate crashes into Phendrana Drifts (this explains the labs)
Sheegoths and Crystallines are only found in Magmoor Caverns

7. There are many enemies in the game created to give you a challenge. These can be from the smallest creatures, like Scarabs, that can be found in tunnels in groups. Other odd creatures are the Adult Sheegoths which can absorb missiles and other shots on their back. Certain Space Pirates are weak or strong against certain beams in the Phazon Mines, so start shooting away. The Ice Trooper can simply be frozen, then shot with a missile to be destroyed. There are also a few different Metroids in the game. Hunter Metroids can spawn into many different Metroids, while Fission Metroids have tentacles.

I know something's wrong here as well. What's the error that's written in this summary?
Hunter Metroids have tentacles; Fission Metroids can split apart
There is no Adult Sheegoth; only Baby Sheegoths
    Scarabs are usually solitary creatures
Space Pirates are only found on the Space Pirate Frigate

8. There are only a few extras in the game, but they're quite interesting. There are four Image Galleries that can be unlocked in various ways. For example, picking up all pick-ups (eg. Energy Tanks, Missile Expansions) will get you Image Gallery 4, and collecting all Log Book Scans will get you Image Gallery 1. In order to get Image Gallery #3, you'll need to beat Hard Mode of "Metroid Prime". Hard Mode is yet another bonus, and it's unlocked when you beat the game for the first time. Other bonuses involve connecting the GBA game "Metroid Fusion" to the Gamecube.

What is the error in this summary of bonuses?
Hard Mode is not unlocked, it's found in the Impact Crater
"Metroid Fusion" is for the Nintendo DS
Collecting all Log Book Scans gets you Image Gallery 2
    There are five Image Galleries

9. The bosses in "Metroid Prime" are especially odd. You can find the odd plant creature, Flaahgra (I still have trouble spelling that name) in the Sun Tower of Chozo Ruins, and you can get a Varia Suit from the battle. You can also find the rock beast, Thardus, in the Quarantine Cave of Phendrana Drifts, and he'll give you the Spider Ball. The Omega Pirate in Phazon Mine's Elite Quarters will give you the Phazon Suit as well. There are also many minor bosses in the game, but oddly, none of them can be found in Magmoor Caverns. Meta Ridley can be found in the Artifact Temple, and you need all twelve Chozo Artifacts to fight him.

You'd think I'd have checked my sources first... What's the error I've made here?
Thardus gives you the Boost Ball, not the Spider Ball
Flaahgra is found in the Sunchamber, not the Sun Tower
Omega Pirate should actually be Elite Pirate
Meta Ridley is only fought in the Impact Crater

10. The end of the game is great. You need to fight Meta Ridley for access to the Impact Crater, but of course, to do this, you need the twelve Chozo Artifacts. In the crater, you need to avoid the Lumigeks and Metroids in order to reach the boss' chamber. During the battle, you'll fight the boss through three subchambers until you reach its final lair and final form. In the first form, attack the Metroid Prime with the same coloured beam as the colour of its veins. In the second half of the battle, you'll need to use the Phazon Beam in the Blue Phazon Puddles in order to attack the beast. In the end, Samus will lose the Phazon Suit, but she'll escape with her life.

I've made one final error. Where is my mistake?
    There are four subchambers
Lumigeks are only found in the Tallon Overworld
You use Red Phazon during the final battle
There are only ten Chozo Artifacts
