The SVD is a regular sniper rifle and the Mosin Nagant is a sniper rifle that shoots tranquilizer rounds. The Mosin Nagant is the weapon The End uses.

The stomach medicine is used when you eat spoiled food and the antidote is for when you get food poisoning. The cold medicine is for, well, colds.
