Their historical season was 1972, and saw the Miami Dolphins go undefeated all the way to the Super Bowl, and won against the Redskins. Csonka rushed for 1117 yards, while Morris rushed for exactly 1000 yards.

The eighth round draft pick in the 1964 draft saw himself inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1994.
